I've been several times on my lunch break. I usually order ahead, and the orders are either not ready or they just have one person working, and the wait is crazy. It is not busy when I go in either. My most recent visit on March 21st. I ordered ahead very early. The person working was not nice at all. It's so frustrating when you have a short lunch break. I am nice at my job. It is not that hard.

The Indian lady or Pakistani idk what she really is but she kept coughing on my sandwich literally and then she kept scratching the corner of her eyes with the gloves and then touch my sandwich. I’m non confrontational so I didn’t say anything and just threw away my sandwich. It was very disgusting.

I ordered the Hot Shot Italian protein bowl. It came layers like a sandwich. The meat and cheese was just thrown in the bowl not chopped up. Overall, a very disappointing salad.

The worker touched my bread without changing his gloves. Then changed them after and had an additude because I wanted mayonnaise on my bread before adding the meats etcetera. I feel if you don't want to work, stay home!!

I went here a few months ago. And the meat looked so gross I cancelled the order. I tried it again recently, and the owner keeps looking over the workers shoulders telling them to give less ingredients. I won’t ever come back to this subways. The quality of the other subways in town far surpasses this one.

Their system is always down and they are understaffed so bad they fold under pressure and I definitely don't like the guys attitude when he says that the coupon machine doesn't work also how are you going to function a shop without no toaster and the system is always down this has got to be the worst subway I ever
Bruh. Every time I order online, the first one doesn't go through and I have to resubmit it. But both charges go through pending, one eventually falls off after like, a week, which is tiresome. Ordered 2 sandwiches online today, got a message they were ready, left my house, drove there to get them and neither one had been started. Not ok. The owner was probably the one working the counter, never apologized, just kept saying she was the only one there. Then turn off online ordering. Don't tell me they are ready when they aren't. Apologize when I have to wait 10 minutes for sandwiches when they were supposed to be ready. Throw me a cookie or bag of chips for the hassel. This isn't the first time it's happened there, but the gal was so very unfriendly/rude this time I was compelled to share this. And both sandwhiches were trash, won't waste my time with this location again.
