I always come to this location and sometimes have problems with cold food because they ask me to wait in front of the store for long periods. I came this morning, and I asked if I could have the bacon well done because the last time I purchased a breakfast baconator, the bacon was raw and un cooked. The "host" preceded to tell me that they get the bacon from a factory precooked and warm it up in a microwave. I was immediately grossed out. Again, this is what she told me. I wanted to try the breakfast burrito, and I asked if I could please substitute the bacon for sausage, and she said yes. When I received my order, not only did she charge me for the sausage, but there was NO sausage, only egg and potatoes in the burrito, and potatoe wedges were as cold as ice. Needless to say, I won't come come back to this location, which is disappointing because I, as well as my son, prefer this breakfast over other chains. They need to do better or retrain the staff.

Went Christmas Eve, you had to have exact change or card. They were out of all drinks except lemonade. They were out of nuggets lets practically out of everything. Employees were great though, very friendly and apologetic!!

This is literally the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. No matter who is working, they always forget something when I go through the drive thru. Twice they forgot to give me a straw, once they forgot my fries and today they forgot the breakfast potatoes. Maybe I should try going inside but honestly I'll probably never go back. Their food is fine so as long as you double check your order and make sure you have everything before you leave you should be fine.
I love Wendy's. If you are afraid to try the chili. Don't be, it's delicious.

Came on Saturday October 21st at 1:00 pm. Staff working the drive through couldn’t seem to get the order right. Had to pull around and go back inside to ask for our missing items. They still gave us back the wrong things. As well as putting additional items in that were also wrong. Forgot a whole 10 piece nugget, 2 drinks, and a kids meals. They gave us a random bacon swiss we didn’t order. The guy inside was able to correct the mistakes at least but the girls working drive through were struggling..

I Google d a Wendy's "near me", to my delight, San Jacinto had one 6 miles away. Great. Chili and a chicken sandwich.Ordered via drive thru. Food came fast and I drove to front. Short chicken sandwich. Went in and they handed it to me with an apology. Very nice and sincere. Went home. Chili was cold. The temp was so low I worried about it as I ate. Ended up trashing most of that large Chili. Sad experience.
