I was excited to receive boneless meal via DoorDash and unfortunately my order was overcooked and extremely salty. Requesting to drive in for a delivery order is a bit much.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but I would suggest implementing a better resolution process for delivery orders.

Bad service called in got all drums on my 20 piece called in and asked to speak to the manger an he was rude . Would solve any issues . Made ir my problem and proceded to insult my wife .

Teenage girls working on Nov 2 2024 at 7:30pm cussing at customers and are so rude... watch them yell at someone that called, then hung up on them, and laugh aboht it and talk about the person on the other end of the phone cussing more,very in shock the General management does nothing to these two girls they continue to disrespect everyone! I would NOT go here if you want to be served with respect! They don't do their jobs right, over cooking the food or over seasons everything just to make everyone's meals ruined and experience hell. Cause they still will get paid for their poor behavior!

Cashiers are always nice. The reason why the low rating is the type of conversation they’re having in the back. The overall appearance of the establishment. It’s ALWAYS DIRTY. I usually go to the one in Florida it’s well managed and clean. Only come here for convenience because it’s closer to me. The windows are covered in hand prints and gunk. The tables are Always dirty. There’s trash all over every time Ive came inn. There’s never forks or ketchup pk. Trash cans are always overflowing. The floors look like they’ve never been mopped. Eat at your own risk I guess
