After ordering at this location multiple times, today was the first day that I had nothing missing from my order, all my sauces were actually in my bag, the quality of the chicken was great, and not overcooked and dry like it usually is. The best part was that my order was also done on time, I had stopped coming to his location for a few months because of the high wait time even when ordering ahead (45+mins) but after today I’m gonna have to start ordering more. Best experience...

Monique was very helpful and considerate helping me complete my order, I sent my son to pick up my order and it was missing some items I went back and she helped me no questions, no attitude and that surprised me. Her customer service was top tier.

I Attempted to make an order for a 50 piece over the phone but AI sent me to wing stop HR, where I had placed my order with her (not AI) I ordered a 50 piece with 4 flavors. I arrived to Wingstop and they gave me a 50 piece with all one flavor. HR did NOT get my order, right! Thankfully, the staff were nice enough to remake my order and still allowed me to keep the 50 piece that HR messed up on. A huge shout out to Roger trex and Monique for getting it right and being so nice...
