Food is just okay. For the price they give you very little in the containers which was a big disappointment. The only reason I ordered here was because my favorite place isn’t on GrubHub. For anyone that loves Chinese food for a great price and amazingly large portions, order from Evergreen Panda off Aborn. You won’t be disappointed.
The food is good. It's a little different from the Chinese food restaurants in Hollister which I think taste better then everywhere else I've tried. The food was ready fast but a little pricey.
My wife suddenly craved for Chinese food, I checked near by and this place had the highest rating. After entering inside I had second thought to get food from here or not. Finally decided to order, paid $35 for 1 Mushroom Chicken 1 salt pepper Prawns and 1 small steam rice. After paying I didn't got any receipt. Reached home in 15min, when opened the box there were 7-8 prawns with just few pepper and onions, the box is like 1/3 filled. The taste is not good at all, it looks oil dripping. The Mushroom chicken quantity is good but has more mushrooms than chicken with lots of soy in that, not a pleasant smell and taste is really bad, it looks totally different than what you see in the picture there. Overall if your are looking for FRESH express Chinese food this is not the place. I don't recommend this place and I am not going there again.
They will not make chow mein without soy. So they told me they would put a little soy on it. Brought it home with $100 I spent there. The wife flipped her lid because there was soy. Not just a little but a lot.Went to Kowloon take out and they were able to make vegetable chow mein with no soy. Wife is now happy.I will not get food from here again!
Ordered takeout from Doordash. Got Thai eggrolls and spicy sweet garlic chicken. Both good! If you want rice, you do have to order separately. I wish there was half rice amount size for $2.I would definitely eat from here again, and try the variety of Chinese and Thai dishes they offer.
Great service! Friendly staff and the foods are delicious. I highly recommend the Chicken Chow Mein. I love Chinese foods so I've tasted many Chow Mein from different restaurants, in the Bay Area where I grew up. Their chicken chow mein is the Best!
Food had no flavor. Egg foo yong was rrunny and iunder cooked inside. Very disapointed.
My cashew chicken had ingredients not noted in the menu (which I dislike) and the combo chow mien had lots of noodles with two prawns?!! What is that about? I pay a premium for combo chow mien which ended up being mostly noodles?!! Not happy at all
didnt get enough from here to say i dislike it.
Food at this place taste good great price good service

Tried Kung Pao Chicken after a long gap, still not good, hard meat, no peanuts, fried rice not great, plain vegatables and sauce just thrown in. Panda express better. Had tried Mongolian Chicken n past, it was too sweet.
The rice might not look good in my picture but let me say it was delicious. I have 2 room mates and they loved it. The sweet and sour chicken is my favorite Chinese dish and i loved it. Both dishes were stuff so for the price you get a lot of food. I will be going back for more
Good customer service fotos is delicious
I have been coming here regularly for the last few years. It is pretty much a Chinese Fast Food where most of the items are pre-made and kept in warming trays. As the other reviews say, huge portions, great prices. The food, in my opinion, is excellent, especially the fried rice, chow mein, sweet and sour pork, meat and shrimp plates and fresh vegetables dishes. They rival east coast quality, for those who have visited New York and other areas, you will understand what I am talking about. The fried rice is so different than other restaurants-always well prepared with a great taste. The inside decor is very interesting-lots of collectables such as old clocks, cash register, old pay phone and other items which is worth the visit in itself. The owners take great pride as it is kept clean, even though it is an older restaurant. I have never experienced anything less than excellent, friendly, polite service from the staff. One hint I would like to offer is visit the restaurant when it first opens and dinner time, as that is when everything is the freshest. (This may explain some of the lower star reviews).Like others, I highly recommend this restaurant.
