We sat for 30 minutes, the service wasn't there. Although food does come out, i'll be darned if I could smell any food. If a restaurant smells like cleaning fluid or like a motel lobby, watch out! The staff seems apathetic and harried. Management is probably pretty punishing with their policies. So much so that it is a turn off to a customer. I do not blame the staff. So we left and had something much better at Mod Pizza

Overpriced. Draft beer is 10 bucks. Fish and chips 32. Soggy fries, a remoulade sauce that was oddly separated and liquid, just very meh. For the price you'd expect nice engaging staff, but interacting is weird at best, seemingly disparaging your choices (older Hispanic woman).Just a worn out place in a dated worn out hotel. Next time I'll stay somewhere else I think.

I was having a date at this location. I used the restroom and was accused of leaving without paying. My backpack and cash were laying on the table. She told me that this was not enough for my tab when I still planned on buying food and another drink. She brought me my check without asking if I would still like anything else. I will not be using this hotel or restaurant in the future due to this experience.

17 dollars for a cold 6" turkey sandwich and 8.00 for fries?? Seriously? Pathetic. Service was slow....average hotel food taste....don't waste your time. Walk across the street to the casino. Great food there

Horrible service. Took me 30 min to get my seaweed salad and the sushi was even later. When I inquired and said it took him 20 seconds to slop the tiny amount of seaweed on the plate she said he has to take the orders how they come no matter how complex. Get a new system !
Debra is the heart and soul of the 20/20 lounge. Super funny and sarcastic, she feels more like an old friend than a good server. I've been here twice now and both times I've been lucky enough to have her as a server. First time I went, I ordered their burger and it's actually really good and huge! Truffle fries are epic and they have a small but diverse selection of beer. Second time I went, I enjoyed the same IPA I had discovered my first visit but ordered a chicken quesadilla, which I wasn't too big if a fan of. Next time I stay at the hotel, I will definitely stop by here again, ask for Debra, and either order the burger or anything other than the quesadilla!

Extremely overpriced and underwhelming. I ordered: PESTO CAPRESE PENNE PASTA Penne pasta, basil pesto, fresh mozzarella, cherry tomatoes What arrived had those ingredients, but seemingly all microwaved together. Limp, lifeless cherry tomatoes, and unappetizing globs of malformed rubbery "mozzarella" stuck to the plate under the pasta.

I honestly don't know where to begin. Started off to a great start, bartender was friendly but not knowledgeable.. and what seemed to Be a manager told us we get 15% off food Bc of our company discount. Then we found out it was 25% off! We were stoked, we asked if it was for alcohol too! They told us it was! What a start to a great evening! Then we get our sushi that we ordered and as it is being placed on our table we were informed the 25% off doesn't apply to sushi! We were bummed since 2 employees told us we had a discount via our company! Then we get our bill and are told no discount on our alcohol either.. At this point we are upset Bc we wouldn't have ordered extra drinks and the food we ordered if we didn't get our discount. We were suprised by our bill but server offered to take off the cheapest item.. 1 small beer. At This rate it was a slap in the face.. we will not return and will spread the word to friends and coworkers. What started off as a great night, ended on a sour note.. the staff should have been more empathetic and comped more than a "Small Beer" since we were told our discount was 25%!!!!! Do yourself a favor and go eat at the sports bar next door at the casino!!!!

I met one of my best friends here for a much needed and overdue conversation. I ordered the turkey croissant sandwich and he ordered their pepperoni pizza. We also added buffalo wings as our appetizer.Food was a tad greasy but the portion sizes were generous compared to most "bar bites" you would find at other places.Our server was quick and efficient, and checked in on us a few times during our meal. We didn't order any cocktails but I saw a lot of people at the bar having beers and watching a game.Located inside the Doubletree San Jose.
