Delicious noodles at 575 Miishien! The flavors are rich and balanced, with fresh toppings and beautiful presentation. Warm service and inviting vibes make this spot worth returning to. One of the best Yunnan restaurants I’ve known.
It was a little busy during lunch time on a weekend, but the wait wasn't too bad. I ordered the spicy braised beef noodle soup and it was AMAZING! The beef was so tender and the level of spice was perfect. I would say it's about a medium level, so very manageable. I definitely won't hesitate to return for another bowl of the noodle soup, maybe even try their fancy hot pot item that everyone else was ordering.
Super convenient location, immediate adjacent to AMC Saratoga 14. Ordered minced pork rice noodle, less spicy and less salt but still very flavorful. Ordered via QR code on the table, fast service. Side condiments available to add more cilantro, onions, hot sauce, etc. Only tables for two, so inconvenient for large groups unless you come during downtime to combine tables.
