Great for this warm summer California Weathers!!!!! Spacious Indoor seatings area. Plenty of people stop by to Chills, Relax, and hangout on their Laptops. Nice place for any Gatherings. Today I was in this store around 12:30 the date is January 5 /2025. and the cashier who was there. served us with two drinks and some cookies. when we decided to pay with a 50 bill. he made a defamation against me saying that I was carrying counterfeit money. and without any proof. leave the date and time. you have cameras there. you can see it. I have already reported this defamation and also to the bank. since I decided to visit a store called staple. and test if it was a counterfeit bill. and the store manager told me it was real. I leave this comment. so you can see the kind of people they have working there. in which they embarrassed me in front of many people. I have proof that the bill is real. I filed a complaint with the bank. The worker was a young man. I hope the manager does something about it.

the workers here are insanely loud and disruptive. yes im wearing headphones already at full volume and i can still hear them. im trying to study here and this is insanely annoying. they are louder than the patrons here. they're singing and literally screaming to the christmas music. +1 star for ample amount of charging outlets i guess.

Alright, this review is for how an incident was handled. The product, food and ambiance itself is good along with service. However, I was sitting next to a gentleman who was blasting a game on his computer with no headphones, while that was frustrating he then decided to CUT HIS NAILS on the floor. They swung everywhere around his table. I was HIGHLY disturbed. I told staff and they said they would attend to it after which felt like it was slightly brushed off. I know this is a tricky situation but for hygienic reasons it should have been addressed with the customer. There is not many if any open tables which means if I want to enjoy my drink and time I must sit next to him without it being addressed. Unfortunately his nails continue to remain on the floor and it feels unsanitary to return.

Guess my old stamp cards are worthless now. Highly recommend downloading the app so you can collect your leaves there instead. Still the best mung bean milk tea. Get the hulk if you're craving more caffeine - it's their mung bean milk tea + house coffee drink.
The bathroom toilet paper holder was left open/exposed. Not the end of the world but may put some folks off I guess.

It was many people when I got in here. Never tried 7 Leaves before but heard of it. The inside looks really nice and too many seats are already taken. I simply order Vietnamese coffee and it’s quite too sweet. Perhaps I should ask for less sweetness next time.
The service is slow however. Too many people probably including those who came after me got their drinks already before I get mines. Don’t understand why though but maybe it’s because of all of the mobile orders. Some orders include more than one item and all I ordered is a regular-sized Vietnamese coffee. I have to ask the staff where my drink and probably forgot my order. Thankfully, they are able to fulfill it after I asked.
Overall, the experience is ok but needs to be improved especially on service. The atmosphere is nicely designed, but a little bit of sweetness of the drink and speed of the service are definitely needed to be worked on.
