I like it.

The cake was delicious but service was slow because of how many customers were in line. It took me 45 minutes to pickup a cake I had preordered and that was me standing at the front waiting for service.

I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Charlene at the very last minute while trying to pick a birthday cake for my wife — and I cannot thank her enough for the incredible service she provided. Despite my indecisiveness and repeated questions that could have tested anyone’s patience, Charlene remained calm, cheerful, and completely focused on helping me find the perfect cake.

What truly stood out was how Charlene put herself in the shoes of the customer. She didn’t just try to sell a product — she genuinely cared about making my wife’s birthday as special as possible. Her thoughtful suggestions, kind demeanor, and unwavering professionalism made me feel like I had a trusted friend by my side through the decision-making process.

Excellent pastries.
Due to the nature of the bakery. Service and atmosphere are a bit irrelevant

They have a lot of good pastry options but no sitting. Drinks are overly sweet.

I tried their mango delight cake and it was fresh and light. The ambience is cool and their service is amicable. Definitely will visit often to try more of their delicacy’s.

The treats I got looked so good but didn’t have any flavor to them, almost like the food was just for show. So I was very disappointed but the service was nice and fast. The blueberry cheesecake was ok but the Black Forest cake, chocolate buns and tiramisu had no flavor at all (very watered down).

Never cared about the online orders. I ordered ahead then come to the store and wait 30' for my drink only when I asked them about it. Just rushing to finish their in-store/in-line customers

andres is a very rude employee and idk how he even has the supervisor position. if I just ask a simple question like which coffees can be decaf? he says "just look up there" rather then telling me which ones. I even told him it's hard to see the menu and he doesn't care. I said I wanted something creamy and sweet but decaffeinated and he doesn't know. I spoke to Jen his boss and she first agreed to give a pastry/sweet like cake slice but when I go in person she says only bread instead and 1 drink for the issue andre gave me. Andre doesn't even smile and he is just very awkward. on August 15th,2024 he behaved like this too and there other customers near me who waited over 30min just for a few drinks and were visibly mad.

I always come to the bakery, but there is a Latino girl who has a condescending attitude and pretends to have a hard time understanding my speaking whenever I come in. I like the bakery here, but I wanted to bring to your attention that she is treating a regular customer like this.
