I’m really a big fan of 85C bakery cafe especially their cakes but gotta be honest. Recently bought a 8” ube cream cake for birthday it didn’t quite hit the mark for us the taste was kinda blend, and we really hoping for that burst of ube flavor and even the cream didn’t quite hit the spot for us too it felt like it was missing something. We end up only ate half of it kinda disappointed.

Finally tried their milk tea. For a large size boba milk tea at $5, you'll get a half cup of ice even though you specified ice level at 25% and they were aware with "light ice" printed on label. Yet they don't honor your request on customization and it's less-valued. 25% means a quarter of ice not half cup ice, that'd be 50% ice right? They either don't know math or cheapen the quality because of the promotion with $1 cake going on in this particular month.Also the balance between milk and tea was off and watered-down. If quality is dwindled, why will I come back even if it comes with a piece of discounted cake, which BTW tasted average.Can't recommend their sub-par milk tea products to anyone.

If not 'Delight the customer', could at least be 'in service' of the customer.Terrible service, including the manager. The attitude was basically 'we'll do fine without your business'. Thankfully, there are plenty of bakeries in the area!

It was my first visit to an 85c location. Good variety of treats, coffee bar and cold drinks. Not much seating but it appeared most people did a grab and go. Helpful staff.
It is a delicious bread!!! I'll stick with the original without filling, it's super delicious!! and it has a lot of variety, soft, fluffy, almost melts in your mouth. Japanese style bread, Taiwan
