This place should consider taking off the North Indian items from their menu. We tried their Methi Malai Paneer & it was super milky. Garlic Naan was chewy. Avoid their Aloo Parantha at all costs - filling was masala dosa sabzi inside the roti. Only thing that saved the day was their filter coffee! We won't be coming again.

One of the good place to have South Indian Veg food. Quality is same as in India.

Quick, decent food. Neat view if you sit outside
The person serving was very rude.
We loved the cheese naan and the malai kofta. Their seating system is also very efficient.

It was one of the worst dinner experiences we have ever had. The food was below average and they got our orders wrong and never got the street fried rice and coffee orders. This was on a Saturday evening. Very disappointed. The previous few times we went to a2b were very good.

Liked the thali, kothu parotta, filter coffee. Not a fan of their dosais - very oily, and my chetinaad dosai with cauliflower filling was bad.

Tried the vada sambar here! It was very flavorful and authentic, just like what I had back in India :)

So delicious, and fast, and I love that there are Jain-friendly options for many dishes. Good for making dishes more suitable for low-FODMAP diet, since it means there’s no onion/garlic.

Went there today for 1st time (Friday 1:15pm Lunch), there were not even 15-20 customers (surprising! especially when places like Kovai Cafe and Madras Cafe and Mylapore are flooded). Decor/Ambience is nice. Lot of tables (inside and outside). Tried tiffin items. Idly and Vada both bad. They must have made it in morning and kept it warm. Sambar not good. Only coconut chutney was good. Ordered Rava Masala, they missed putting chilies. Waiter was new and had no clue how it's prepared. Service of mexican girls was either slow or shoddy (lack of attention on missing spoons/forks and water/glasses on table). Finally they got rava masala re-made, it had taken 25 mins by then. No manager onsite to talk to and escalate and bring the problems to attention. Finally I explained my observations, concerns and constructive criticism to a senior worker, they listened, apologized, I told them I'm going to give "constructive" review so that owners (if they cared and read the reviews) will know what's happening in business operations, how to correct problems and improve customer service. They are spending too much money in decor, saving money by asking customers to place orders and pay online. Price of food is also on costly side. I may return to eat some dosa/utthappa again but not sure.
