My mother recently visited your café for the first time. She was very excited and friendly when introducing herself and placing her order, but unfortunately, her experience was met with unsatisfactory customer service, and the coffee itself did not meet expectations.
Whether it was a mismatch of energy or simply a lack of attentiveness, it served as a reminder that when running a business, it’s important to stay connected to the heart and purpose behind it. When that connection fades, so can the customer experience — and ultimately, the business itself.
As someone who was born and raised in this town, I truly want to see local shops thrive. A little more kindness, compassion, and gratitude toward customers can make all the difference. Woke up this morning with midterms on my mind. Was a bit stressed but then I was feeling hungry. Checked this place out because heard alot of positive things and man they were not wrong! The cashier was super nice and explained the pastry I was getting (the donut) and small talk was great. The asthetic is perfect. reminds me of my room. but the drinks were a nice addition to my morning! I got the matcha banana latte which was smooth and delicious. once im finished with my midterms im coming back.

Great eclectic coffee shop with chairs and love seats along window and a high top work table facing out to the street. The accessible height table looks out to the street and can be moved The comprises are displayed and the coffee and treat menu is posted in plastic stand for no contact. White background with readable black letters. They close at 4 and I arrived at 3 to find all the sweets already taken home by others. My green tea is delicious with green tea leave in a high quality bag Great service at accessible height counter for order and pick up. Outdoor wooden benches and chairs with wooden side tables under shade and stalls roofed are. Gender free accessible restroom requires a code Subtle background music. Great lighting to work but not too bright

Always busy with a long line for good reason. Coffee is super good and the matcha is great too. Their lattes are not too milky and are customizable for sweetness levels. Their sweet matcha creams are also very decadent. They also carry Stan's Donuts! Highly recommend their beans as well!
Store has limited seating inside and outside and it's always very noisy because it's so busy .

One of the male workers was SO rude. I asked for extra guava cream because my drink came with pretty less even though they said they “measure the cream out”, and the male worker was being SO rude about it and said I had to pay extra and was making rude faces. I get this place is extremely busy, but that is no excuse to be rude, especially because I was polite. 0/10 customer service will NEVER come to this location again. The drink is really good but unfortunately due to the lack of good customer service, I don’t want to come here anymore.
