I went to this place for regular drip coffee. They didn’t tell me that they don’t have it, instead they changed one of their existing coffee drinks to become regular coffee as they were helping me to order there. They added sugar (I told them no sugar) and half and half themselves instead of me being able to do that myself. They didn’t care what I wanted.

I went in to get a hot latte but they only supposedly serve iced drinks. I made her aware that the name and description online isn’t specific but she didn’t seem to care. Drove 15 minutes for this place so was very disappointed.

compared to other places with matcha drinks, Acha is the only one that isn't greedy with the amount of matcha they put in. and it's sweetness levels are better than other places like Izumi matcha and teaspoon. the lychee drink is fire too!
