Very very worst service and experience which happened today. We actually went to A2b restaurant Sanjose today . We actually used the app there to order! I would say it's the worst app where we had to keep waiting to order from the app which was terribly slow and getting stuck each time we order .
So when we were about to order the final coffee and poori than which we ordered already, the app got stuck and it got refreshed itself. Soo we told the person who worked there...read full review
The staff are not customer friendly. They are interested in talking to the staff. They come and ask as what we have ordered but forget to serve. We had to remind them to get our food but they took their own sweet time. Quality of food is so so, they have totally forgotten about the quality of food. Had a bitter experience

A2b Indian Vegetarian Restaurant offers some of the best South Indian vegetarian food. The self-order system is efficient, but service can be slow, especially during busy weekends. The restaurant is clean with ample seating, making it comfortable for customers to enjoy their meals. While the sambhar may not match other Indian chains in Bangalore, the chutneys are delicious, with some customers praising the ghee podi idli and ghee roast dosa.
Customers frequently mention the masala dosa, which is very crispy and a generous size. They appreciate the four different chutneys available for dipping, particularly the coconut chutney. However, the online ordering system can be tricky, as order history disappears after a refresh. Large groups may experience longer wait times, especially on weekends when the restaurant is usually crowded. Some diners have found the seating areas a bit tight.
The ambiance is very good, and the food is fresh, with many enjoying the authentic South Indian flavors. While some feel the restaurant could improve further, the staff is courteous and polite, creating a warm atmosphere. The coffee is praised as awesome, and many end their meals with chai or filter coffee. Although prices are slightly higher compared to other Indian restaurants, the quality and consistency make it worth it. Overall, A2b is considered a great spot in the Bay Area for authentic South Indian food.
