This place was so good I had to leave a review. Wagyu sliders were top notch and well cooked. Tiger Prawn roll was fantastic. Bao buns were soft and meat flavorful. Gyoza were savory. Didn’t have a bad dish. I recommend the Rising Sun cocktail.
The bar setting in the middle of a beautiful hotel gives a very warm open feeling. It was surprisingly empty but I attributed that to being spring break week. Everything we ordered was amazing. We have the beef skewers which were cooked to perfection, the salmon skewers were on the sweet side but great, shishito peppers were prepared in the most unique way I’ve seen, tempura was perfectly light and the fried avocado was very unique and tasty. It's got a good vibe if the DJ is good but honestly the bartenders are not friendly at all. I prefer to hang out at places that have a friendly staff. It's just a bit robotic. Sad because there's so much potential here.
