Amici's East Coast Pizzeria at CloudKitchens San Jose

When I am in the mood for East Coast pizza, then this is my go to place!

We are from the East Coast and this is authentic New York style pizza from a real pizza oven. The Caesar salad with grilled chicken was fresh and wonderful too. The delivery people forgot the cheesecake but they brought it afterward. This food is authentic and very good!

This is not a restaurant or pizzeria. The way Amici's advertised it is incorrect.

I didn’t order pizza, but I LOVE my Chicken Caesar Salad. The chicken is high quality, the romaine lettuce is crisp and fresh, the ranch tastes homemade, and the croutons are so flavorful. 5 stars!

The atomic wings are about the best there are anywhere. I love their pizzas. Crust is fantastic. This is carryout only, so unless you're looking to hang out with a bunch of door dash drivers there isn't any atmosphere here.

ordered through doordash. waited 1.5 hours for the food, only to show up VERY cold. I don’t know if it was sitting on a counter for along time or what. But completely unacceptable taking into consideration the price. Had no choice but to heat it ourselves since we paid $50.00 for this abomination they call service.

New York style thin crust. Tastey and crispy. Good options for toppings. Note price difference between ordering from differing ordering/delivery platforms.

I ordered online for delivery. I called to make sure they received my order. They said door dash would deliver it. I waited an hour then called they said they didn’t know what was happening that they would remake me a pizza and expedite the delivery. I waited another hour called back they said that they were having trouble with door dash that they would remake me a pizza it was already 9pm at night I asked for my refund. I will definitely never go back to this location. If you want Amici’s go to the actual restaurant.

This Review for the Cloud Kitchen Company not about this restaurant, but i need to aware people of what happens to me , and be aware from this company This is a scamming company . I signed their contract few months ago , and i have on my contract that i will start on Aug , so on Aug the city didn't a approved their building inspection , so i asked them to cancel my contract , and gets my money back . they refused to give me the money. I paid $13500.00. I Can't believe that companies like this still open here !!! Scam Scam

We wanted to try the pizza @ the new Amici's Pizzeria location. It's a Ghost kitchen with Amici's staff.We haven't eaten @ Amici's since we last went to a Giants game several years ago. It was delicious but the toppings were scare and it's expensive.We ordered a large with pepperoni and italian sausage and the total was $38!Considering the price and location of Amici's, we don't think we'll be back. We have other go to pizzeria's which are closer and don't skimp on the toppings.

I used to go to the old location in downtown San Jose. It was the best pizza. I was excited to see Amici's come back and tried it out. I was 100% disappointed. I paid over $40 for a pizza that tasted horrible and made Little Ceasars and costco seem like high class. Toppings falling off, not cooked right. The service was worse, they sent me outside to order by phone after I waited in line. They had terminals and 3 guys at counter that won't let you order there. Also no plates or napkins. This place seems to be a bad knockoff bringing down the Amici's name my family used to enjoy.

Amici makes good pizza but don't even think about getting delivery from this location. They use a third party delivery service. You may not receive your order, we didn't!

I don’t get why people don’t like this Amici’s. Back when there was a restaurant in downtown, we used to have it delivered several times a month. Now it’s a ghost kitchen, but the food is the same. It’s not cheap, but it is delicious.
