Anam is next to my dentist office so my wife and I wanted to try a new Vietnamese restaurant. We walked across and found this place. I would have to say the coffee with eggs is really good compared to other places where they either put boba or pudding which I think it's okay. We tried the fish spring roll, fried rice, and tofo. I would say I like the fried rice and tofo. My wife is more of a fish person so she loves the fish. The woman server was nice and quick with the food and refills. I will come back again. The place was set up for the Christmas holidays so it was nice. Parking is easy too.

If you sit upstairs you wouldn’t be able to get services. The noodles soup is not steaming hot enough, the noodles is very small portions and the soup are too sweet, don’t know why they put so much sugar. Bun Bo and bun man is terrible. Fried chicken and steam rice are so dry.

A well decorated restaurant with 2 levels. The staff was nice and kind and helpful. The service was quick.The food were very good. Strong and authentic taste, but there’s one thing, the noodle portions were a bit small. Despite coming in as a party of 2.5 (yeah, my baby counts as a half adult), we ordered 4 dishes.Two noodles: Pho and Bun Mam (Fermented fish noodles), one Fresh Spring Rolls and one Blood Sausage. And one Egg Coffee for drinks.

Kid-friendliness: High chairs, and utensils for kids

Wheelchair accessibility: No door edges to cause difficulties for wheelchairs and doors are always open.

French influence on Vietnamese cuisine created a unique steak dish. Who would have thought to find a really good ribeye steak in a Vietnamese restaurant? You can find a new type of steak dish here. Not the usual salty protein but it has instead a touch of sweet accompanied with pepper gravy. Their Banh Canh Cua is also one of the better versions of this dish.

Came for lunch and was impressed by the interior and ambiance. The upstairs feels secluded and great for parties. The menu has a great selection as well as beverages. Food and fruit juice is good. Service was prompt, amicable staff. Plenty of free parking available nearby in the adjacent lot.

Absolutely love Anam Cafe! This Vietnamese restaurant is a hidden gem. The flavors in their dishes are incredibly authentic and delicious. From the fresh spring rolls to the rich pho, every bite is a delightful journey to Vietnam. And I can't forget to mention their amazing bo ne - the sizzling beef and eggs are a taste sensation that I crave regularly. What a great meal, pho is really good here beautiful light broth, that steak and eggs special with paté and French bread is heaven really impressed with the quality naturally tender the flavors in this dish are original and delicious. Spring rolls really well done and huge. Prices are more than reasonable. Nice to have places like this opening with a varying take on Vietnamese than your average pho and rice plates, server was very nice and did a grear job,oh ya and what a beautiful interior, next time we're going to sit upstairs. Love love love this place.

This is a nice place to relax. The food is average. I have tried a few dishes but the only thing that I give a high rating for is their “goi cuon,” spring rolls. They use bean sprouts instead of noodles inside! A+.The girls are helpful and polite. Service is good here.

Service and staff were nice. The restaurant decorations lended a fun energetic vibe. It brings that phố cổ look and feel. The food is just okay. You can tell they tried. But the seasoning is just off somehow. For example the marinade for the grilled pork just tastes plain and very basic, it doesn't have that Vietnamese aroma or spice profile. And their Pan Banh Mi seems disjointed. The flavors of the things in the pan dont jive with each other. There's a restaurant in Sacramento that makes this dish like heaven. I judge all pan banh mi to that benchmark. I'm not dissing the establishment, I think the taste and flavors need a bit of work. Personally, I'm not a fan of the dishes I ordered, other's taste might differ. It's worth coming to check out the atmosphere.

WOW absolutely love this Anam Cafe and Restaurant! I passed by here one weekend and Inside looks very beautiful! I was really tempted to check it out so we came here on a Wednesday for Lunch. I’m super glad we did that because it was pretty packed on weekends.They serve some of my favorite dishes here that includes: Bun Bo Hue( Spicy Beef Noodle), Pho Noodle Soup, Dumplings, Rice platters with Steaks, Tamarind Prawns, Crabs Udon, Spring Rolls, Yellow Noodles, Sizzling Platters, Bun Mam, and so much more!!! My friends and I really enjoyed eating here! They offers warm welcoming vibes, Delightful Decors, Lovely Ambiance, and a Beautiful Atmosphere in a pleasant relaxing environment. Truly enjoyed my bun Mam and I cannot wait to try other items on the menu!!!????????
