On July 30, I and my family went to Applebee's Grill + Bar. We went there at 11 o'clock at night and the closing time of Applebee's is 1 o'clock. We placed an order but our order was completely rejected. When we told them that we come to your place every day to eat and today you have given us completely rejected food, the Mexican girl said that if you wanted good food you should have come 2 hours earlier. My experience this time was very bad.

I would rate food but never got chance. Came on a Saturday 1pm. Our wait was supposedly 5 minutes and people were getting seated before us!!! Absolutely terrible service!!! And there were so many open tables!! I can see why this chain is in decline!!!

I recently visited this Applebee's location for the first time with my daughter and grandson after spending the day at the Discovery Museum in San Jose. The service was commendable, and the gentleman at the front counter demonstrated excellent customer service. My server, Joseph, also provided outstanding assistance.
However, I would like to provide some constructive feedback regarding the food. I began with the mozzarella sticks, which unfortunately had a flavor reminiscent of microwave preparation. My daughter and I ordered the salmon with a side of potatoes and broccoli, totaling $37 for the meal. Regrettably, the potatoes were unpalatable, and the broccoli lacked a desirable crunch. The salmon was acceptable but appeared somewhat dry. On a positive note, my grandson thoroughly enjoyed his chicken strips, French fries, and yogurt.
Man where do I begin. Me and my friend zephyn were super hungry cause we didn’t have much to eat the whole day. And we decide to try the all you can eat deal here even though it’s 5 miles away and we can just hit the nearest McDonald’s and get smth. But we had faith that it would be good despite our doubts about the service, food, and whatnot. We get to the restaurant and they sit us down and immediately they ask for drinks and stuff. This one waiter has long brown curly hair. And he’s the nicest person I’ve ever seen. He came often to our table for more servings. And when we looked like we were fighting for our lives cause of how much we got. He kept cheering us on. That man deserves a raise in my opinion easily the best waiter in my life. And the atmosphere was pretty good too. We had a couple drunk guys yelling at the soccer game and making jokes at themselves but overall a 10/10 expierence

Came in to eat no one was attentive. Wanted to sit down because it was too noisy at the bar but the server/hostess told me I didn’t have a choice and didn’t act like he really cared so I left and did not bother to eat.

The food was sad. Ordered riblets. They were cold. They left lots to be desired. Buyer beware not everything on that special menu is good.

We had the all you can eat ribs and shrimp and they were good. Not as good as the baby back ribs and they were a bit too saucy. I think the fries were endless also but there was so much food to start with that we didn’t need a refill. The waitress was helpful.
