I normally don’t write negative reviews but this one was the worst experience ever. The manager is really rude. I asked for an item and was told its available for pickup but you need to wait to place the order and was put on hold for 30 minutes. No one came to take the order. I drove 30 minutes and came to the store and they said its not available. On top of it the manager was really rude and side its not our fault. Worst service I have ever experienced. Would appreciate if Applebees can take some action here to better serve customers.

I got the burger grill cheese/ tomato soup meal. Soup was cold when I got it. Grill cheese burger had no seasonings on it. The entire meal tasted like a frozen microwave meal.

Never in my life have i been to an Applebee's that was so bad. When i walked in all the staff was chit chatting at the back of the bar. I sat at the bar and there was no bartender for about 10 minutes. I ended up signalling one of the servers waiting around for a drink then the bartender came out of the kitchen. Everytime i wanted a refill of my beer, i had to flag down a server to get the bartender to fill my beer. No menu was given until i asked for one. The food tasted old as if it was frozen and microwaved. All the chips were little broken pieces that would not hold any dip. Their happy hour is from 3-6 AT EVERY OTHER APPLEBEE'S i have been to except this one and they only offered a discount on Stella's, no other deals. I ended up getting the sampler (stale) and 3 bud lights then left. Maybe it was the time i came but the staff and especially the bartender were terrible.

Everyone one was nice, game was on in bar, had a great lunch with a friend. Mozzarella sticks, and the best hamburger!!! Waiter was nice and the person who seated us. Pic of half of dinner

This place is hot or miss. But I will say, the night manager is very nice and accommodating. She is present in the floor and fixed things when they need to be fixed. The food is mostly always hot and good. I always go back regardless.
