For a carry out order, it was 10 Minutes late. Nobody approached me to at the pick up station. I had to ask a bartender to help me. She said nobody is here for the pick up orders but I wonder why that's the customers' problem. Food is cold Never going back...

They seated my family at a table and it was dirty and when we asked for service to clean up the mess the young man had word's with my wife and then throw a dirty rag at her after cleaning two tables

I would rate this zero stars. The service was very slow and it wasn’t busy. Instead of serving the staff were just standing around on the back wall. The server didn’t come to the table for 20 mins. The food quality was utter crap. The broccoli was old and was rotting. The steak was cold and nothing but fat. I had to get up and ask for the bill and a box and handed my food to a homeless person. If you’re here to just drink sure it’s cool but the food is completely utter crap and wouldn’t recommend eating here.

Never seen bathrooms this way. Yuck, went to the restroom and changed my mind as I walked in to see the horrible conditions of them. I ordered vegan pasta, it came with the meat.. I sent it back, questioned if it was going to come back with the same plate, it came back with small pieces of meat still inside. They came back took the plate, asked them to take it off the bill and they didn't apologize. Very disappointed because this was our second time this month coming back here , it was better few weeks ago. Also just lot of waiting, we waited about 10 minutes just to order drinks. No managers on the floor
