This is not the first time I’ve been disappointed with Applebee’s. The management is awful. Our server took our order, which was very simple—just four items. Yet, one item was missing, and no one checked on us for a long time. We finally informed another server, who said they would take care of it, but nothing happened.
After an even longer wait, our original server returned without checking in earlier, and we told her about the missing item. Either she didn’t put in the correct order, or the kitchen messed up. Regardless, this highlights a lack of training and poor management—getting a simple order right shouldn’t be this difficult.
Additionally, their side salad is almost the same size as the full salad but costs twice as much. We also had to wait 30 minutes for a simple salad. Just awful.
I would not return to Applebee’s and do not recommend it to anyone looking for good food or decent service. The employees clearly need better training, and ultimately, I blame the management for this poor experience.

Super slow service for seating. About 30-40% full of customers only. 10mins for seating. 20mins waiting for a server that never came. Decided to leave and on the way out the host never acknowledged us walking out. Poor service and won’t be coming back to this location. Used to be a good place to go grab a bite to eat at.

This place is a train wreck. If you sit anywhere other than the bar, the service is horrible. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich. GROSS GROSS GROSS. Edges were extremely tough. I could only eat half of it. I might give the bar a try again, but I'll try to avoid this mess.

My wonton taco shells were overcooked. My French onion soup was basically burnt on the top. Couldn’t even cut into it with my spoon used a knife, then decided I wasn’t going to eat it. They brought me another one that was undercooked with a plastic spoon. Couldn’t even eat it by the time they brought me a spoon, which apparently they had to manufacture themselves because it took him 20 minutes to bring me one. My soup was cold and they still charged me for the burnt wonton tacos so basically I paid with tax about 17 bucks for the worst food. I’ve had in a long long time too bad Applebee’s used to be my favorite place and I would eat there three times a week. It’s funny how one experience can turn something. You really like into something you can’t stand. I no longer trust Applebee’s to give me good food, San Jose and Tracy, California are definitely on the bottom of my list of places to eat.

Atmosphere was great, loved the lighting and comfortable seats. Service was good, my server was friendly and helpful. Food can be better. Cocktails was better than I expected.

Came in on Monday afternoon and sat at the bathroom. Bartender wasn't really all that attentive. Asked for my drink order after sitting for over 5 minutes. She seemed rather attentive with her other bar guests. I put my food order in at 12:07 PM. The bartender asked if I wanted my meat temperature to be Medium Well or well done. I told her Medium rare. We'll see what happens with that request. Not extremely impressed so far. Silverware was dirty when received

Terrible, service sucked. We got our drinks when our food came out,they weren't busy at all since it just opened.Don't waste your money on the $9.99 deal, all it is a smaller portion and size to the regular menu.

$30 for the worst ribs I’ve ever had. I have never been so disgusted by an order of ribs. These are supposed to be baby back ribs. They were spare ribs unless the pig was 95 years old. I wouldn’t come back to this dump if they paid me.
