Meat is a little bit lean even we asked for juicy briskets.
But overall this is great

I had a fantastic experience at Armadillo Willy’s! My family and I arrived close to closing time, and we were expecting the usual—rushed service or subpar food since it was the end of the night. But that was not the case here.

The staff, especially Sean K., went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and taken care of. There was no pressure to rush our meal, and the food was just as fresh and delicious as if we had arrived hours earlier.

It’s rare to find a place where both the service and food quality remain top-notch, even at the end of the night. Huge thanks to Sean and the team for their hospitality! We’ll definitely be back.

TASTY BBQ RIBS, GREAT PRICES & FAST SERVICE! On Wednesday night (1/22/25) and I called this place at 6PM to get 2 orders of the Texas BBQ Ribs. They told me everything would be ready for pick up in less than 15 minutes and that was true, it took less than 10 minutes actually. Everything was hot and delicious when I picked it all up, so I'd give this place more than 5 stars if I could. The mac and cheese is awesome + the onion rings were great too!

The food is as great as the staff. We were doted after and our grandson loves the brisket. The manager made sure my wife got the meat extra lean. He did just that. We will be back.

I went to eat here on my lunch. Monday the 25th of november I took my food to go and I was eating in the breakroom
At my job and the food did not taste good.
Everything tested.
Nasty. I called the manager at armadillo willies.
And told him what happened. The meat tasted weird. A cornbread tasted like cardboard.
But I ate half of the cornbread because I was hungry So that day on my lunch I didn't eat until I got home.
Because I didn't have enough time to take it back so I did it after work I really think I should have got all my money back. Because I had to go back to work hungry.
Until I got out of work. I will not be going back to armadillo willie's At all The manager that I talk to at night. Her name is Maria. She didn't Even sorry. for the inconvenience. I work in retail and I would have treated my customer better than I was treated.

I had not been here in years but recently was nearby at lunchtime. I enjoyed the small brisket plate -- they offered a choice of "juicy" (i.e. fatty) or lean meat (or 50/50). I've had too much dry brisket elsewhere so went with the juicy and it was excellent. I'd do 50/50 next time. I picked the tater tots for my side; they were nice and crispy without being burned or dry. They have a well-selected choice of draft beer.

Service was fine, staff was pleasant and helpful. But it's basic: you're just ordering at the register and picking up your food at the window.

Atmosphere is ok, hasn't changed in 20 years that I can see. Good enough.

Ordered at cheese burger with fries and a brisket platter to go. The price was a surprising $50. When I got home the brisket was like eating my father’s 50 year old shoe. I don’t mind paying the money, but the quality needs to be there. Horrible! Will never go back.

Music selection could be better, no country music playing, Texas ribs on the dry side. Baby backs really good, brisket was juicy, boneless chicken was good, corn bread was great
