Got their Cinnamon Sugar Pretzels Nugget. They tasted good, but a bit too sugar rush. We usually can’t finish the whole cup in one day.

If I can give this place no Starz I would. Young generation of workers complaining about being there from 8am to 4pm and mad at us about it. ( literally a normal 8hr shift). We simply asked if I could get a medium and if not why it was on the menu. Worker started running her mouth mind you she was not at the register she just over heard us asking why we couldn't get a medium instead of a large, She said " well then just a get a stupid pretzels " Worse service I've ever got. Understandable its christmas time but it's a 8hr shift! If u don't like the job or can't handle an 8-hour shift, just find another job. Worst customer service I've had. The only nice one was at register with glasses. The other two preping food are beyond rude and clearly can't handle an 8-hour shift.

The Service was… Ok I guess, but food is HORENDOUS, not only I got sick but also it already smelled like sh@/@, and this is MY FIRST bad review, other places of Auntie Anees are SO MUCH Better than this place, it’s not even in the food hall! 0/5 stars if possible, they didn’t even had what I wanted, DONT COME HERE!

I don’t understand how you guys have employees like Johny with a attitude, I came back telling the them my pretzel was hard not fresh like I asked for, he grabbed it and said what’s up with all the customers complaining today and threw a way they pretzel mad!! I want to bring to the headquarters attention as well.!! This kind of kids shouldn’t be working here or give them the proper training how to help a customer.!!

Friendly staff, there were a lot of people buying which is good since it means the pretzels don't just sit there all day before you buy them.

I love their pretzels! The service is fast and friendly.

Store manager early works, is that appropriate?

We got a couple of pretzels here at around 1:40pm today 12/1/18 and we had the rudest kid helping us. Some curly haired kid being lazy and working slow, not only that but he took the time to say hello to his friends amd converse with them. We were given pepperoni pretzels that had a jalapaño taste, the sad thing is that they couldn't make it correctly. One of them was for a baby, so I guess feeding jalapeño to a baby is ok. Avoid this place.
