This A&Q is opened with a KFC and it is great to have both. I honestly come here to have KFC fried chicken combo but I love to be able to order the root beer float and it go amazing with fried chicken!Both service and ambiance is exactly what a fast food restaurant should be!

This place rocks isaac always give awesome ? service I go for the papa burger double and a coney cheese dog I will not lie for the money. This place is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend it.

I get that its 9pm but wouldnt you want to treat me as if anyone in the day? I have to wait for cheese curds because the oil is not hot yet ive been here since 9:08pm its 925pm still waiting.. i love A&W But not this type of service i get its fast food but nothing was fast about it tonight..spent 41$ for this.. nah....

Tried A&W for the first time last week and was very impressed. Reasonable prices and my burger was very good. Root beer was fantastic. Unsure if it's homemade or syrup but it was great. My only gripe was that service was very slow - there was one other person in the restaurant and it took at least 10 minutes for me to get my one hamburger. Regardless it may have been an off day and I will definitely return to A&W.

Drive through is a joke! Our cashier was a joke! I wanted two of the little cakes & he didn't even give me a chose & gave me two whole cakes! Didn't know until I got order. When we got our order it had NO forks or butter for our order. I decided to go to park to eat & had to go allllll the way back to restaurant so I could eat! Very upset! Ruined my day! This store is 3144 S. Bascom ave. Yabsera cashier.
Been here twice. Solid American brunch spot. Locally owned. Great service- everyone has a smile. The food won't knock your socks off, but if you're looking for a good meal and generous portions this is your spot.

I was shocked by the prices, but I suspect that's a corporate thing (combined with the fact that the majority of my A&W experiences were in the mid-60's). What I noticed right away was the lack of a bike rack, no outdoor garbage can, and no outdoor table or even just a bench to sit outside and enjoy your root beer float. I found the root beer watered down to where it lacked the taste A&W was known for, and I found the amount of "ice cream" in it to be less than usual. Will probably be going to the shop on Bascom near Camden henceforth.

Why does it take so long to make fries? Waiting 26 minutes to receive fast food when I'm the first person in line and multiple other customers behind me receive their food first is just wrong.
