I go to Quan Nhau's primarily for the food, and Ba Na has the best food around right now. The crispy rice with kho quet is my FAVORITE! So is the fried tofu. The pho ap chao is just ok, so I would pass on that here. Service is always super friendly. They let you sing karaoke any time you want, and they open late. I haven't seen any drama here and it's just people out having a good time.

The service of the restaurant is just normal, but the price is a bit high. Bring beer and water to guests without asking anything, they will be charged. Seeing a table next to a male customer sitting alone and the girl sitting and talking with him for a long time, maybe he was drunk and couldn't control much After a while he went to the bathroom and the hostess arbitrarily tipped the bill and signed the bill for him, when she saw him coming out of the toilet, she hurriedly put the bill away. When I saw that situation which I cannot accept. It's terrible. I decided to leave asap. It's look like fraudulent

To whomever that decides to comes to this place you should better think twice. Lets start with the base , place is always dirty, food quality for the price charge is over priced and is limited to what the chef wants to cook. Just go eat somewhere for cheaper and better. This place opens really late which brings out a lot of drunk and wild crowd from time to time. During late hours a lot of violence which is tons of fighting and sometimes gun violence would often happen. If you don't want this kind of drama to ruin your night. Stay far away from this place. What's even more unacceptable is this establishment has cameras but when something happens, the owner Lan says it's not recording so if anything happens, that incident isn't recorded but she does rewatch camera video so very suspicious of tampering with cameras, bottom line is there is no safety protection for the customers or employees here. Wish the previous owner Hao with Manager Sinh was still here

I've been to a few places like this but this one has to be the worst one. There was a table with a lot of people in which I'm guessing there's a birthday or something. All the staff attention went to that group of people and forgot about the rest of their customers on their restaurant. One of the staff went to our group and talk to us for less than five min and the other staff grab the person who talking to us right away and bring that staff to the party table which I find rude. Also, they charged for an extra drink just because one of their staff brought it to our table that we did not order. All in all, this place is the greediest place I've ever been.

Thank you Ba Na for an exceptional experience. Lan, the owner was helpful, and empathetic. The staff here gave recommendations catering to the 30 party group through out the late night for my friend's birthday celebration. Overall we were satisfied and will definitely be back again!
