This is a review of the Bagel Guys, and I have to say they’re fantastic! My colleague have brought their bagels in for us twice now, and they’ve been absolutely delicious. The bagels are well-made, moist, and full of flavor. I’ve tried several different bagel varieties and their cream cheese, and everything has been top-notch.
I live fairly close, so I’m excited to visit the Bagel Guys in person with my family—the kids are going to love it! According to friends, their sandwiches are excellent, so I’ll definitely make an effort to try those too. Highly recommend—delicious!

This poor review is specifically for the terrible customer experience we faced from a person in the store- her name is Geo/Gio. Our 2 bagels were toasted too much today, almost to the point of being burnt. We asked for them to be replaced and instead of replacing them and apologizing for them to be overcooked, she only replaced one bagel. She took away the bagels that were overcooked but didn’t replace the full order and when I asked why she said “you already ate one” which was false. I then asked again for them to be replaced and she refused to cooperate and pretended to not be able to find our tickets.
I’m really disappointed with this terrible customer service.
My family has been loyal customers of Bagel guys for the last 3 years, it had become a Saturday ritual of ours to come to Bagel Guys and get our morning bagels. However due to this experience from Gio I will not be returning again.
What’s worse is that even after confronting this associate in the store, I never got an acknowledgment of the mistake or an apology from her. Just a smug smile. What a shame that such a great bagel place which was associated with amazing memories for me has come down to this poor memory thanks to Gio.

Warm and welcoming service along with great bagels. They have Jalapeño cheddar cragel, which is a cross between a bagel and a croissant. It’s just delicious. Would definitely visit again

Best bagels we had in ages. The highlight was how light the bagels were, unlike a lot of places where you get really chewy, dense bagels. Quick service an a friendly staff.

Small counter service bagel shop. This place has a nice small town feel, the owner was greeting most of the customers by name. The food was delicious.

I would give 6 stars if i could. This was the first breakfast store i visited on my first day to san jose and it was totally beyond my expectations. The cashier was so helpful and the food was amazing, especially the bear claw. I now come here everyday to get my food and order coffee at the nextdoor starbucks.

These are not the traditional boiled, crusty bagels. The owner tells me they use a steam injection oven. This results in a softer bite ideal for sandwiches. Another beneficial quality is the near lack of a hole through which the filling always squeezes out.I got the Bagel Guy (breakfast sandwich) with meat. At $10 it's a bit steep but only 70¢ more than the egg-and-cheese-only version. You have your choice of cheese, meat, and bagel, plus how you prefer the eggs. These are cooked-to-order eggs, not pre-made square, folded patties that get microwaved.I chose scrambled, with American cheese and sausage patty on a jalapeño bagel. Pretty satisfying. The bagel has good flavor and chew. The scramble was nicely seasoned with salt and pepper.I always take home my favorite, an onion bagel, as-is, from any shop to toast for myself later. Some places don't put enough chopped onion on top. Theirs has plenty, imparting flavor throughout. Overall, a good local place for an early bite if the need for a traditional bagel doesn't compel you
Food is delicious, fresh, natural, cooked to order. Not much seating or atmosphere. No espresso drinks. Grab your delicious bagel and eat it at the nextdoor Starbucks. :)
