Ordered pick up and overall was pretty good.Their carnitas tacos were excellent, fresh and hot.The burrito however was a bit soggy due to the Pico de gallo but still was ok. Maybe remove it if your not ordering in person.

This Baja Fresh is located in the North Park Plaza. They have plenty of parking, but it can get challenging during peak hours because they share it with other restaurants and H Mart. Service is friendly, polite, and fairly quick. They have inside and outside seating available. They have a good salsa bar with all the fixings, especially their mango salsa, which is good. I've only gotten their burritos, which are good. Their fountain drinks are nicely carbonated.

$60 for 3 baja burritos and drinks. Too expensive. This location will be closed next month according to baja fresh corporate at 1-800-705-5754. Food quality has gone from bad to worse. The tortilla wasn't crisp, like Baja fresh bread. Burritos did not have cream, guacamole, salsa, cheese or even salt. Blend and blah taste. Soggy tortilla with rice, beans and grilled veggies (see picture). Food quantity is low. One plate of chips was given with 3 burritos. When asked at the counter, he asked us to purchase with no explanation of why each order did not come with a plate of chips. Service is rude and inattentive. Restrooms are filthy. It's horrendous to see a restaurant to go from my favorite to last choice. My last visit. Hopefully this location closes soon. to give place for a new and exciting one.

Sorry I will NOT BE BACK this location has too high prices 1 burrito was $17.51 that's about $20 I should went to a sit down restaurant. Costs more here than the other locations plus no molcajete salsa or mango & my burrito was not cut in half like I asked. Will only use los gatos

Got a steak burrito enchilada style -- really nice for a chain: they keep the place super clean, friendly staff, great portions for the price, and they're quite fast about getting your order ready -- great place for take out.
Not enough meat protein served as a decent portion, to call it a meal, was very disappointed I am still hungry. Their really tight on the meat I had a shrimp taco but not enough shrimps.People from here usually like a plentiful portion of meat that is the main dish!!!! Why are they so tight and chenzy with their meat???? They didn't use to be this scarce on food before.

I've come here twice. Not a great sample size, but the first time was great; costumer service was decent, the orders were filled timely, and the food was okay (but better when adding sauce). Second time I got food poisoning. 50/50 chance I guess.

It had been YEARS & YEARS since I last ate here and thought "why not??"While they are widely known for their fish tacos, I ended up with the Steak Burrito Ultimo and my purchase came with tortilla chips. Chips were not good- I like that the chips weren't thick but they were undeniably stale. Salsas were alright but the burrito was small in size and not tasty. 2 stars, I should have just driven a little further & hit up another burrito joint located in the neighboring complex.
