I thought BAMBU offers same menu although in different locations. But after being to this location, I just realized that they don’t although in same store name. This one offers different kinds of tea and coffee, but not traditional Vietnamese desserts with coconut milk and toppings. I ended up to leave without ordering anything. I will go to the one in Milpitas next time.😢

Their drinks are good but they need to rename the drinks on doordash to the actual vietnamese name because it is so confusing!!!! Just name it the real name. I see the drink name “awesome trio” and then i have to look at the description to double check that it’s the drink i think it is. The name should describe the actual drink not force me to look up what is in it -_-

Every time I visit California, I love coming to Bambū for a sweet treat! The Bambu Favorite lives up to its name, making it my favorite for a reason. Highly recommend!

The joint itself was very nice and pleasant, and the staff were friendly. However, perhaps my mango fruit tea drink was not of a good batch, as it didn't really feel cold at all despite the ice, and the taste literally disappeared halfway through.
We also had an unusual older lady come up to us from outside demanding money in an unusual manner, and she tried pestering everyone and ended up following us out of the store. We also witnessed another man doing a similar thing to other people's cars. Both of them were wearing grey shirts that said "STAFF" and it seemed to have some "San Jose" related affiliation with the shirts, but didn't look too closely.
The offerings definitely seemed very nice otherwise, and I'm definitely willing to try other drinks here as it just seemed like a one off thing (will update review accordingly)
Vegetarian options: Most of the menu seems to be vegetarian, if not all, due to the nature of the offerings being desserts/drinks.
Dietary restrictions: This should fit most dietary restrictions that regulate meat.

Terrible service and low quality ingredients. Most bland che if ever had. The server said they used high quality coconut milk but the milk got all clumpy like its coconut cream mix with water.

The tea is delicious, the staff is fun, the shop is clean and beautiful!
I come in to purchase 3 items from this place 1 of thier #10 and 2 of their #3. Came out to be $21.00 I paid with a 20$ bill and 1 dollar bill. The one dollar bill was ripped at 1 corner. The cashier demanded that I give her a brand new bill. Because their manager/owner doesn't allow them to take old or rip bills. And if they do, he will have to replace it with their own money. There is so so many things wrong with that statement and hiw illegal. I have file a complaint with the California Attorney General, the California Department of Labor
