One of the most underrated Japanese restaurants in Almaden (better than Sanraku and Almaden Sushi). Prices are good. Service is great. The atmosphere is welcoming. As for the food, the salmon crudo and poke nachos are divine. The hot sake adds a nice layer to things. This is definitely a go-to spot for good Japanese food.
Every time I’ve been to Bamboo Fish, the food has been excellent. The fish is always fresh, and everything is cooked or prepared perfectly.
