Ordered #2 and it was a nice sweet treat. Service is fast and staff is friendly. No complaints about the store itself. Parking can be difficult because there’s many food spots in the plaza.
After eating lunch at BP, needed a cup of coffee and saw this cafe next to 99 Ranch. Decided to get an iced Vietnamese coffee which was delicious. The drink came out fast and there were tables outside to sit in, in addition to the tables inside. They also had a lot of other drink options which seemed refreshing.
Better than some other locations.
Many options, quite sweet, but nice ingredients and a lot as well. More worth the price than something like boba.
