There was a very lovely young lady behind the counter,
Enjoyed the sandwich with teriyaki chicken and nicely marinated veggies.
I ordered a cold cut combo for take-out on the kiosk. My sandwich was ready pretty quickly. I ordered a large for $10. What I got was very disappointing. The so-called large sandwich is only 6 inches long. It's also barely filled with meat and veggies. The cucumber was also bitter. I would not recommend and would not return.
I put veggies on the side. But they put if together inside my bread. and also it doesn’t look good too
Milk teas were good but the boba and food did not like at all.
The restaurant is very dirty and they make you wait too long. I waited 45 minutes for a sandwich. This place is always very dirty and makes you wait too long.
I spent 3 yuan to buy 2 baguettes🥖, because there are more people waiting in front of me. I dare not order too fancy sandwiches, otherwise the waiting time will be too long.
I ordered a crispy pork belly bánh mì but when I got served it was just the regular grilled pork. My issue with this is that the worker didn’t tell me beforehand that she was gonna switch it. She just did it and expected me not to notice? Thankfully I ate there and didn’t take it to go and so I asked her about it and that’s when she told me what she did. It’s a weird thing to do and I felt cheated. Just tell me next time in advance if you’re gonna do something like that. But honestly the bánh mì does taste good.
This place used to be great but this time was a 20 minute wait with zero customers. They also did not add multiple veggie’s and falsely advertised the garlic chicken banh mi as having a garlic glaze on the bread. I paid $16.50 for a “garlic bahn mi” with no glaze and no serrano’s.
Worst Banh Mi I've ever had. Each and every one of them. Shameful that they served this stale food.
Ordered through door dash. Paid extra for additional cilantro/cucumber. Got zero vegetables. Ordered at 2:30pm so not even at peak time.. I am going to throw this out. Waste of money

Should have read the other reviews before ordering. Waited 35 minutes for 2 number 6 Banh Mi’s that you pay 22 dollars for. From 11:45am to 12:20pm. Doesn’t matter how good it used to be on Story road. Not worth waiting for folks.
I used to come here at least once a week for the affordable price, quick service, and decent food.
My last experiences were atrocious. First, ever since adding online ordering, wait times have increased from ~5 minutes to ~35. Second, they completely ignored multiple ingredients from my sandwich—my roast pork banh mi, which normally comes with veggies, was just bread and meat. Not work waiting 35 minutes for at ALL.
I am so, incredibly disappointed with my recent service that I will likely never come here again.
This place is amazing. The sandwiches are super good and filling plus there’s a good variety so that all people can eat there. They make your sandwich very quickly. Plus it is not too expensive. I paid $13 for a large sandwich and it was absolutely worth it. Highly recommend
I order uber eats delivery for 4 sandwiches but gave me a different order because they ran out of the ingredients for the sandwiches that I ordered. I can’t eat any of these sandwiches because I don’t eat chicken or pork. When I called them to tell them this they said nothing they can do sorry. I wasted an hour waiting and spent over $50 for nothing
