Terrible experience, terrible service, discourteous and rude staff, we arrived at 9.33 pm when the service says 10.00 pm and they tied us up in such a way that they yell at us using words like a terrible mouth.

I pre-ordered and prepaid for a cake for my son's graduation party. On the day of the party I asked my mom if she could grab the cake for me while I finished setting up. When she arrived there was one other customer in the store ordering a cake she needed decorated. After the employee finished taking the order he goes to start decorating it. My mom asked if he could grab our cake really quick since it was ready to go and already paid for. He told her she had to wait and that he was helping this customer. My mom waited 15 minutes while he decorated the cake then he took it to the woman who asked for some more changes. He did more decorating and she approved it. She then said she also needed 16 ice cream cones made. My mom again asked if he could just grab our cake real quick where he again told her she would have to wait. She had groceries in the car not expecting to wait 45 minutes for a pre-paid cake so she had to leave. I had to drive over there to get the cake instead. When I asked the employee for a complaint number he was incredibly rude and condescending and told me he doesn't have one. I told him I would find it myself and as I was leaving he mockingly told me "good luck calling corporate and have fun with that phone call" Worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere.

Line was long outside at least there was shade. Good combination of plenty of ice cream birthday cakes to choose from. Writing on cake a little sloppy didn't offer sprinkle decoration or anything else for this $35 cake.
