The ice cream is as you would expect. The staff is as disinterested as can be.Like I get that it’s 9:30 on a Friday. But you’re open till 10… stop cleaning and spraying your cleaners around kids eating their icecream. It’s basic common sense and decency!

I ordered the Oreo cappuccino blast, it was really yummy & not overly sweet. The girl working was really nice & worked quickly. It was fairly busy inside, but we waited less than 5 mins for our drinks.

I came here because I was craving some ice cream, but I wish I would've went to Salt & Straw or Smitten's down the street. I wanted to sample a new flavor they had (baseball nut) because it sounded interesting, but they aren't giving out samples. Why would I want to order it if I don't even know how it tastes? All other ice cream shops I've been to have allowed multiple samples.I ordered my ice cream to go and they packed it in a bag for me without any spoons. I also ordered a regular cone and it was stale. Make sure to check your bag before leaving and don't order any cones.

I've been eating Baskin Robbins JAMOCA ALMOND FUDGE ice cream since I was a kid (I'm in my late 60s now). I patronize LOTS of baskin robbins stores in my travels and work. Baskin Robbins JAMOCA ALMOND FUDGE is my favorite flavor and has been all these years. But...These latest years I've been noticing there's VERY LITTLE FUDGE SWIRL in that flavor, and I get it every time. I'm sitting here eating two scoops of it right now and it's more like Jamoca flavor. Barely any fudge at all. I wonder if the fudge is being cut back? It's VERY disappointing. What do we have to do to get the fudge back in this TOP flavor? Either that or change the name or the flavor. Thank you. Fudge comes back, stars go back to five Your loyal lifetime customer
