Cheap and subpar service. Owner is a real thrill. Treat your employees with respect especially in front of customers and children instead of yelling at them. Do better!

I went to get some ice cream for my daughter, I waited patiently for my turn to get it because they are closed and when my turn came the worker skipped me and served the next people, I told her I was waiting for her that it was my turn and she completely ignored me, and there were 2 people working, it is a place where I usually go frequently I think they should pay attention to the people they hire, I left there I didn't ask for anything for free, I went to another ice cream shop

There were two ladies working. When I arrived, one was taking a customers order and the other was working on a cake. I was waiting patiently as the customer had a really long order (banana split, cappuccino thing, magonada, and a chocolate shake). When the other lady was done working on the cake, instead of taking my order after I have already been waiting for 7 mins, she starts to work on the customers order with the other worker. There was no line - Only me waiting. To confirm, I asked “are you both working on her” and one of the workers said “oh, yes” and I left. Today is my actual birthday and I just wanted to get a scoop. So upsetting! Went to another ice cream place.

This is the oldest BR in the area - residential street parking is there if the small lot is full - their ice cream is always good - I’d complain about the price but it is what it is these days - best bet is a single cone - they pile it on a little more than a cup /or sundae

Awesome Baskin Robins location. Across the street from Valley Fair. Only things I disliked were the temperature inside the building was really hot also there are minimal amounts of parking as well as seating inside. Other than that pretty nice spot.

There are many flavors of ice cream to choose from. I got the Chocolate Mousse Royal which was yummy. Also there is a great assortment of cones, sundaes, beverages, even ice cream pizza.Unfortunately I am taking one star off the review because of exorbitant prices. It's simply too much for the amount you get.
