My low rating isn’t about the ice cream—it’s about the staff’s behavior. On my first visit to this Baskin Robbins with my family, my daughter asked for her third sample. A middle-aged male staff member muttered, “Why a sample for chocolate? Chocolate is chocolate—what’s the difference?” It left a very unpleasant impression and made us feel unwelcome. Thankfully, another staff member, a lady, treated us kindly, which I appreciated. Still, the experience was disappointing, and I don’t plan to return to this branch at De Anza.

My friend recommended me to place a cake order from this store. so I ordered a bear for my daughter's birthday. The cake is so cute. The cake decorator is a nice lady. Love the ice cream bear cake and her service!

Worst experience, worst store keeper, he is rude, only 2 samples per person even if you take 10 quarts.

Terrible experience, I don’t recommend at all. Staff is worst.
He allowed only 2 flavors to taste even if we want to buy 3 quarts.

And this employee is the worst I ever seen, he is saying he can’t give spoons to eat.

He is saying he don’t care about anything, I don’t know he is boss or what, such a worst experience with baskin robins.

We went at 5 PM on April 8th

We end up getting only 1 quart with that guys behavior.

I hope he or his boss don’t want business to run smoothly.

We came in to redeem a coupon that we received online and the employee told us that there is no network to scan the coupon code because it's under construction?? Like what???? If you don't want to accept the coupon just say this store doesn't participate but why would you use such a bizarre reason.

I hate how digital apps say a coupon works but when you go to a physical location they deny it. Where is the trust for consumers? I would never come back again. Plenty of ice cream places in town.

Extremely disappointed in the management/employees for only allowing two flavour testing. How is one supposed to decide and enjoy the flavour, they weren't even good scoops only half the spoon. Customer service is how you gain and retain customers. Definitely not buying Baskin-Robbins even as a last resort for an ice cream shop. Two flavours?? I chose to buy ice cream from here for the first time after studying abroad and now I never wanna bother with this kind of service.
I'm better off buying ice cream at cold stone or salt and straw.

Limited to 2 samples is hecka wack bro, the middle aged grumpy lady got an attitude and said they can’t give me anymore samples… what the hell?!

Google literally said Baskin robins’ unlimited samples is part of their core branding
