Ordered a birthday ice cream cake. I had good experience with customer service and the store was nice and clean.The cake looked beautiful but frosting tasted bitter..The inside cake and ice cream part was good, but frosting was bitter.

Their ice cream cakes look very nice and taste good. My daughter's birthday party schedule had to change and with their help the cake came right on time! She loved it so much.

The worst BR we have ever went to. Small portion of ice-cream in a cone compared to other BR locations. Very limited selections in flavors too. No service and the owner never smiled to his customers. I came here a couple times and never went back again I'd rather drive further to the westgate location.

Rude staff. They only give two ice cream flavor trial per person ! A policy not on BR website nor displayed in the store! If I am selecting a double scoop I am expected to get my “trial” selection 100% right !

The service is the worst even though their ice cream taste not that specific and good. I was never a vanilla ice cream fan so I was tasting the vanilla taste and the guy faced was so mean and he told me that u have never eaten vanilla before and he didn’t let me taste anything more too. I would never go there back again.

Overall positive experiences at this location. Have ordered several cakes with them and they have turned out great. The only negative is that the pre-packed ice cream quarts are a total rip off.

Bait and switch place. I went in to redeem the free birthday scoop coupon. During the checkout, the coupon failed as the coupon system was down. I showed the coupon to the cashier, Michelle, and the cashier refused to take it, claiming that it was none of her business. I reasoned with her that in a situation such as this, stores would typically manually take the coupons. Again, she claimed that it was none of her business and rudely dismissed my remark and demanded payment. It was supposedly a happy event for me, and it turned otherwise.

This place has a nice ambiance and the seating arrangement is good.Lots of flavours to choose from and the staff is nice and friendly.We ordered hot brownie sunday and kids had cotton candy in kid size scoop. I love their kids size scoop, it makes the kids eat enough and not too much.They have wonderful cakes too. Will try these ice cream cakes next time. They look delicious.
Rude service. Refused to give us samples and served the next customers, ignoring us. He skipped us multiple times and continued to serve other customers.

Got a two scoop sundae with vanilla ice cream. Scoops were extremely small, whipped cream was almost nonexistent, and hot fudge was watered down. Time of visit: 4/9/23, 7:45 PM.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The owner is hates people, specially kids. A kid came in and he was 1 dollar short or something ran out to get from his mom and came back and owner says you are $2 short. He just gave the kid a hard time. Then the kid said, but I got a kids size, and the owner was basically saying the kid pointed to the single scoop when he clearly didn't. Kid leaves, I'm trying to settle with him and he's saying we all got single scoops too and not kids. He was trying to get an extra $1.40 for 3 scoops that were kids but he said that we said single scoops.Bottom line: The owner doesn't want to be there. You go get ice cream to have a fun time not to be berated by some Baskin Robbins owner with a tootsie pop in his pants. IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME, READ THE REST OF THE ONE STAR REVIEWS.Also, 2 building including roofing violations which in most cases is asbestos. CANCER CAUSING ICE CREAM!

My interaction with the food server is terrible. He was borderline rude and insensitive. I have tried "Jamoca Almond fudge" and it turned out decent. Overall it was okay-ish. Nothing great.
