So I’ve grown-up with Baskin Robbins and have been to many locations over the years. This location, the service is OK and the selection of flavors as to be expected is pretty good. Atmosphere is meh but similar to every other BR location. For myself, I don’t care for ice cream because it has dairy and a lot of sugar, but they do usually carry 2 to 4 items that are lower sugar or dairy free. I don’t come often: correction, I come very rarely. The reason why the review is low is a couple of reasons. My daughter wanted her birthday cake to be an ice cream cake which of course I think of Baskin Robbins so I ordered an ice cream cake over the phone. It was a really simple process and the staff member who took the order was nice. I ended up having to change the date for pick up 2x - so called back again to change it to the original pick up date. they were nice about the whole thing. when I went to go get the cake I was fully prepared to tip $5. However, when I looked at the receipt, they had already put a $5 tip on the receipt as a service fee without any prior mention. What!?! Just another example of tipping culture out of control. The other issue is asking to have a container of mixed ice cream flavors be … rejected. ? I don’t understand this: every flavor is charged the same price. With the super prevalence of super premium ice cream flavors easily accessible at every major grocery store to the point where there is an entire aisle dedicated to ice cream is in their competitive advantage as a business proposition to offer an option to put different flavors into one carton. Why would they not do this??? especially if there are no other customers in the shop at the time. It boggles my brain why they would say no to this; anyway this is why they’re getting the star rating they’re getting. ? Picture of her cake in which I added a birthday sign and candles.

Have always had a great experience here. Ordered a cake, per request of 12 year old birthday boy, and was disappointed that all the frosting was whipped cream. We've ordered many cakes, for many different occasions, because Baskin Robbins ice cream cake is top tier (duh!) but also because we love the buttercream frosting. Turns out, the decorator at this location prefers to decorate with whipped cream. I wasn't aware that this location no longer used the buttercream, or I would have ordered from a different location. The manager agreed to give me a refund as long as I bring the cake back. I was transparent that two pieces had been eaten by the two kids at the party, but the rest was put back.I'll be bringing the cake back tomorrow. Appreciate the willingness to refund, but wish I had known about the change in frosting before ordering.

It's been years since I've been to Baskin Robbins; a friend and I went to celebrate a birthday. The ice cream was standard, and hasn't changed since I was a little girl. However, there is much better ice cream available now and gelato is even better. But, the main reason, I am writing this review is due to the experience we had. Upon entering, a young male and female, behind the counter were talking behind the counter. And when they were not talking and flirting with each other, they were on their phones. All awhile, we were the only customers, and the place was so dirty. All of the seating and tables were dirty, not just 1 or 2, all of them. I had to pick one to be able to sit down, so I had to use a napkin to clean the benches and tables to even sit. I would have left or have eaten in the car, but my friend really wanted to sit and have ice cream together. In addition, I was shocked by the attire of the female worker. She was wearing super short shorts like "Daisy Dukes". I think it is fine for females to wear shorts and a Baskin Robbins shirt in an ice cream shop, but this was entirely unprofessional. There was an older woman in the back; I don't know if she was the owner or the cake decorator, but she said nothing to them. If you are the owner, please train your employees to look and act professionally and keep them busy by cleaning the store. It takes a lot for me to decide to write a review, but this experience definitely warranted it. I noticed that this Yelp account is unclaimed by this business which also says a lot to me.

I've ordered at this particular store before, but noticed that the cake decorating has gone down hill. Although the overall cake looked ok, the decorator did not use the right colors as was requested on my order slip. For such an expensive cake, you could at least spend extra time to give the customer what they ordered.

Stopped in for a couple scoops today after lunch. Ice cream was delicious. Staff were friendly and attentive. Location was quiet on arrival, but hopping by the time we finished our treats.

I've been here a few times while accomplishing boring shopping tasks in this dull strip mall, and given they don't have a bar here I guess this is the best option for alleviating boredom by putting unhealthy things in your body. So, it's a Baskin-Robbins. You know what they have, you know the decor. It's corporate ice cream. It's slightly better than what you'll get at the grocery store, but of course far inferior to a local gelato spot.

I got an ice cream cake from here with the Love Potion ice cream which is my fave on top of chocolate cake. The chocolate cake was meh, very dry, and not sure if that's required to be the base for ice cream. We ate the ice cream and junked the cake portion.

Baskin-Robbins saved our day! Icing on the cake is our usual go-to, but apparently they were unable to manage the recent storms and never contacted us about the cake that we ordered. On a whim, the night before our daughter's birthday party, we reached out to Baskin-Robbins. Given the short notice, they were unable to customize the cake, of course, but were able to write happy birthday and address it to our daughter. The cakes are not cheap, however, they taste awesome. And, who doesn't like an ice cream cake? It turned out to be a hit at our daughter's third birthday party. The sales clerk told us that it would not last longer than 10 minutes out of the freezer, but for us, it lasted probably around half an hour or more outside of the freezer. Perhaps it's because it was raining? Baskin Robbins is a tried and true place for birthday cakes. We will definitely consider them going forward.

Today Jan 6th at 8:20pm we came here to buy ice cream and one of the girl was mean & rude. She needs to learn customer service. First time in so many years happened like this at this location so hopefully owner will look into this.

Our family have been purchased birthday cake from this location few times a year for at least 5 years. Their customer service is great, especially John is very easy to communicate. Highly recommend this location!

No loyal customer service. I come in here once a week at the least and the credit card machines were down. They wouldn't let me pay next time or take my information to run when machines are up. My son has autism and only eats chocolate ice cream from Baskin Robbins and now he won't be able to have his dessert for Christmas. It's an 8 dollar ice cream tub. Sad that's worth more than doing something nice for your loyal customers. I was willing to pay for it later. Goes to show how they value their customers.

Pros: good availability of items, nice staff, clean interiorCons: the store is not very inviting, probably because of lighting or not-so-clean windows
