Went in to order a sonic 2 tier cake for my sons graduation party. I spoke with the cake decorator lady and she executed my vision for the cake beyond my expectation! Loved loved it! Everyone asked me where I got it done. This baskin Robbin’s goes above and beyond customer service as well! I provided the cake topper and figures but everything else they did. Needless to say, I will be ordering more cakes from them!

The weather is finally starting to get TOASTY in NORCAL SAN JOSE. I had to drop by one of the Baskin Robbins and got a chance to meat the owner of this particular location. The place looks great inside. All new stuff and looks like they have all the machines to make us all the yummies we are craving. Looks like a remodeling was done from the older building. I am pretty simple to the Ice cream. Prefer in a cup so I can get more instead of a cone. They stay opened until 10pm which is a definite plus for me. Sometimes those urges are coming on the late side and B.R. saves the night. This is in the Safeway shopping center a lot of businesses in this place. I am becoming a regular and totally support what this new owner is trying to do with the place. Mr. Usman was a pleasant individual.

Went to pick up birthday cakes. There was 1 employee there and he was great… really was hustling to help as many customers, as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, lots of folks in line and not the most patient, understanding 1 person was doing his best. Employee was super patient with each customer and I really appreciated that!
Vegetarian options: Ice cream is vegetarian… not sure would recommend for vegans, if that’s of question, since I didn’t not any non-dairy milk ice cream options.

There was only one employee and he was helping a mother of 3. In front of me was a white senior man (not sure how long he's been waiting) and the employee said to him "I'll be right with you."
Then a white woman came behind me and this employee acknowledge her. He called me without looking and said "I can help the next customer." While my receipt was printing, he was already taking order of the customer next to me. He handed out my receipt without looking at me the entire time.

Love this place every time I come from Texas. I especially like that the employees there are well trained and know how to talk to customers (the seasonal ones) great place to come get ice cream with your family, when y’all come make sure to get help from Misael he was very helpful and does great work he’s a big teddy bear with a beautiful man bun
