Worst service I was denied service as I reach there just before closing. The girl working there yelled “who’s there now” and said we are closed at 10.45

Service Sucked! Went in there with the most rude staff.. one even rolled her eyes and gave major attitude. Bottom line they feel inconvenienced to have to work when a customer walks in the door, God forbid we have any questions,.. that may set them off. Apparently its to hard for them to do there job. NOTE: Around the corner there's another Ice-cream ? shop that has Great Customer service and delicious Ice-cream. So we walked over there =)

Plenty of parking, staff was nice and the sitting area was large enough for a big family!
The only downside is that there is no public restroom.

Great ice cream but lack of non dairy options
Went in for my faves an got nothing but a tease! Paid for 2 regular ADULT scoops and received 1/2 scoop w 1/4 scoop. I looked at her like REALLY!? an she just rolled her eyes an continued a conversation in Spanish w the other girl about Mexico and where she an her family were from. Second most disappointing visit!

The ice cream is alright, but it's quite expensive. The service seems fine, although everyone appears like they'd prefer to be elsewhere if they had the choice. My boyfriend and I visited the shop to buy an ice cream cake for her brother's graduation BBQ. Ice cream cakes are delicious. The girl behind the counter looked really young, maybe around thirteen. We asked for the cake to be decorated in blue and maroon, which were the college colors of her brother's graduation. Here comes the funny part. Since we have a good sense of humor, we were okay with having the situation fixed and would have even shared a laugh about it. At the very least, admitting the mistake and offering a decent discount would have been appreciated. The woman didn't even know what color maroon was. They didn't provide any suitable alternatives or a significant discount for their mistake. We ended up paying the full price (literally).

Great cake we loved it super fun
“Baked up on doordash orders.“ I came to buy ice cream in the store and only door dash orders where being taken.
Dirty, unsanitary, and just gross. don't forget to look at the leaking drain in the parking lot.
Employees are GREAT!! Will change the review once the owner fixes his AC! It’s 90f inside this ice cream parlor and the employees are sweating. Unbelievable!
On a blistering hot day with temperatures in the 90s, my friend and I went into Baskin-Robbins to be met with thick stifling air. There were four young guys working behind the counter obviously suffering from the heat. Bless their hearts, they were troopers. The customers were also very uncomfortable. When we asked if the air conditioning was broken, we were told they weren’t allowed to turn it on. We want the manager to know that operating your business this way reflects poorly on you, it shows you don’t have the best interests of your employees at heart. You also sent the message that the comfort of your customers is not important. You’ve lost a couple of customers in us and possibly others. You may want to reconsider turning on your AC during the summer.
