I went on-line & found an ice cream cake I wanted to order for my friend’s birthday. It was an NBA Lakers cake as she is a HUGE fan. I went to the closest location to my house which is on Cottle Road, but was told that they couldn’t do this cake for me. I was disappointed & confused bc on-line it shows as a choice. The person working there told me that the location on Bernal wouldn’t be able to make the cake either. So I went to the Willow Street location and was...

The service was really great, I took my daughters in, and they were asking for many samples. Not once did I feel like the worker felt annoyed. P.s they whipped out their cups of ice cream!

O m g. They saved me. I’m from LA and I went to 3 locations before remembering that baskin robins is mainstream and make cakes. I was looking around for pastelerias for a quick birthday cake surprise and one person sent me to buy sweet bread, another to an ice cream shop, and another Sunday shop till I said I’ll just come here. They had a small cake available.
