This particular Baskin-Robbins location really needs to be shut down! It's incredibly dirty, The young people that work here are unacceptably rude, have no customers skills whatsoever! shame on the owner for putting them to work with no training whatsoever. None of them wear the Baskin-Robbins T-shirt or aprons. today I stopped by at 11:45 locked up tighter than a drum, they're supposed to be open at 11:00 if you blow up the picture you can see the clock above the door that reads the time. And this isn't the first time I've stop by after opening and it's not been open. Come on Baskin Robbins you can do way better!

Just drove into town, and my mom's 75th birthday is being celebrated today. I drove down from Reno for a weekend visit. I decided to surprise her with a cake and balloons. Stopped in at the local Baskin Robbins that was close to mom's home in San Jose. My son and I picked out an ice cream cake from the many in the ready-made freezer with chocolate cake and chocolate chip ice cream and whip cream frosting decorated with oreo cookies. I asked the counter person if they could write "Happy 75th B-DAY" on the cake. They said they could and asked if I wanted it red or blue writing. I chose blue. So we waited about 15 minutes for the counter person to write on the cake. It wasn't the best writing, but it was last minute, and I am grateful they were able to do it. The cake was really delicious! Thank you to the counter people who were working that day.

Ice cream is about the kids.Been here several times. Not ever going back again. Employees are rude but less rude.... they are rude to the kids.I DO NOT NEED ICECREAM.Sell your business. We can get better icecream at 7-Eleven

Stopped by to get a small sweet cold brew for $2! Then the lady said can u show me ? So I did, then she says we do them but not right now just sometimes . After few mins of bk n forth I said you dont do it or you dont know how ? I said can u just scan the cup and check if it scans $2 ? She did and it scanned $2! Ok great except she doesnt know how to make a cold brew !!!!!!! Come on she lied multiple times instead of just figuring it out and helping . I had to guide her !!!!!!!!!!

Good stop for some ice cream. Walking distance from other food places too. They give good scoops of ice cream always having different flavors. On the side, it's sometimes there is a wait but still good ice cream. The employees are nice too.

This place is always the worst. Tried to give it multiple tries and chances but will never go back again. 12/16/22 at 2:40. Walked in... the kid working is high as a kite. Couldn't remember our simple order and moved like a sloth. Milkshakes were watery as hell because of all the milk he put in there. Then I asked for a single scoop on a sugar cone. After 2 minutes of trying to scoop some ice cream he finally does. Then takes the scooper and dips in the nasty scooper water bin, and tries to form a ball from the ice cream he scooped. He did this like 5 times... my ice cream was covered in dirty water. Disgusting.

Went in 20 minutes before closing. The young lady employee was moping the floor when I came in. She didn't say hi or even acknowledge me when I came in. Oh by the way there is a loud bell when you come in. I looked at all the flavors walked back and forth and just stood there. She finally stopped moping and put the mop away and stared me down. After a tense stare down she said said rudely, "WHAT DO YOU NEED?" I told her I didn't need anything with that type of service and that I would take my business elsewhere. I didn't get her name but she has a lot of piercings on her face.

Sad experience. I would not have been disappointed had the girl been honest prior to purchase. We requested a "creation". She informed me they only had shark creation. We were fine with that. Until after she scooped into cups, sprinkled with sprinkles and handed to the kids with no cookie. Of course the kids dug in right away. I asked where the cookie was and she says they are out of them. She charged for the shark creation and told me I was paying for the cup container with a shark print on it. I understand where she was coming from yet I am upset she was not honest prior to purchasing. She even gave me an attitude about it even though I was very kind with my words and only expressed my disappointment in her not being upfront about what all she would not be able to provide with this particular purchase. I think I might be done going here anymore mainly because of the dishonesty and attitude I received. I believe she is lucky I was kind with my words when some parents would have ended up yelling at her for her actions. Like I said if only she had been upfront about it or even offered an apology after the purchase I would not have even bothered with such a bad review. Very sad.
