This spot is always easy to drop in and out. I stop by here and there w/ my daughter or my dad. Ice cream is still bomb. I think the best ever is the Cookie Monster! Try it if it's still available in your area. Staff is always helpful. Never a line. Always clean...

4 stars for their cake service. Online ordering is easy and the cake prices are inexpensive. We received a call from the store asking for substitute flavors for the ice cream flavor as they were out. I thought this was odd since Cookie Monster is a popular flavor. We opted for Oreo instead with an image for the cake. The cake image came out so well and you can't go wrong with Oreo ice cream flavor. Pick up was easy, I didn't have to wait, the cake was ready. The ice cream at the store could use alternative flavors, they were basic flavors with various combinations.

Just can't get enough. Banana split is soooo good. As always, the people at Baskin Robbins are as good as the ice cream. Yummy!!!

It was a hot day yesterday and I was really craving some coffee ice cream. So I stopped by for some jamocha ice cream. They were out! Not even enough left to scrape up a single scoop! How can this be? This is their business, ice cream! How do they not have a back up tub in a freezer in the back room? So ill prepared! Therefore I settled for mint chocolate chip. It was good, not jamocha good, but satisfying. I was a bit irked that the clerk misunderstood how my coupon for a free scoop worked. It wasn't a buy one get one free. It was for a free scoop. Since, he was alone and apparently ignorant, I didn't press the issue. I'll save it for another day at a different location, with an adult working. This location needs to better train their staff.

I’m sorry but all the employees that work here lack basic customer service and zero awareness. Last three times I came here, I was the one that approached the workers as they continue to gossip and talk about their high school lives. Also, ever heard of wiping a cup before handing it off to the customer? Smh.

This store has a new management ..the lady is so nice give you sandals to try as much as you want until you decide which flavor you want and the tubing they have and most of them and teddy bear jelly are HALAL.Don't forget every month and with 31 they have a 31% discount on any scoops you buy don't forget

We were craving for some fresh ice cream after dinner, so we stopped by Baskin Robbins for our treats located within the same plaza. The interior was clean and smelled like ice cream goodies. Our server and cashier were both very friendly and we each got to taste test a favor. They have a good variety of ice cream flavor options which I loved. We got their Strawberry, Pistachio, and Mango ice creams. Apparently, you can mix and match flavors within your tub which was nice! They also have a section where they sell cakes and another set of freezers which contains ice cream cakes and prefilled ice cream tubs. There were also a few seating tables indoors where customers can enjoy their treats.

I left a previous review, but I've been back, so I am updating.As I mentioned in my prior review, the place got new owners.They cleaned up the place, and put in new seating and lighting. It looks much cleaner and more open now.No more huge problems with the service. My last couple visits, the lady (I think she's one of the owners) was prompt enough and nice enough.I got a medium shake. It was delicious.
