Baskin Robbins is always great. They have a great selection of ice cream(daiquiri ice is the best), the people who work there are always helpful and patient and my Family and I always enjoy it.

Ordinarily I love Baskin-Robbins ice cream, and the people that work there have always been pleasant and helpful. This time around, I wanted to have shakes that I could easily carry home with me. I ordered three, one for everyone in the house, and we all had the same reaction - the shakes were very... average. The ice cream may have been fabulous, but the ($6.00 each!) shakes themselves had a great deal of ice in them! Why would you dilute a shake with ice?! That was rather disappointing, which accounts for the three stars.

I was in town visiting my family I was craving some ice cream and a shake due to me being pregnant I went to basking Robbins with my brother the young lady that approached us said she could not do the shake because it was late for her to wash the blender like are you serious worst customer service ever thanks late night crew for your attention you lost a loyal customer I will no longer buy ice cream or cakes for my family's birthdays not to mention it was only 9:20 pm and they close at 10:00 pm pick up you're slack and if you dont like you're job get a new one!!

Their ice cream selection is limited. They charge for toppings and the staff are not super friendly. But the ice cream was ok.

Might have to adjust your hours online so we wouldn't have to drive here 15 minutes to get here

they gave me an expired coke. Once i got another one, it did not have an expiration date.
They close at 10 and they stopped serving at 9:30. Were cleaning and did not care for customers to even say sorry.
