This store needs to post a sign stating they only accept cash to buy gift cards. Im so frustrated that I wasted my time waiting in line to find this out. Note to the owner: its bad customer service not to post this information, or at least provide an ATM on the premises to make gift card purchases possible. Do you think customers want to wait in line to find this out, then go drive to an ATM and then back to wait in line again??????

As a former baskin Robbins manager I was really disappointed when I went in 8/4. I arrived at 9:40 and the older lady working that night refused to make me a milkshake. A milkshake takes 2 minutes to make. So disappointed I always come to this location.

Baskin Robbins is always great. They have a great selection of ice cream(daiquiri ice is the best), the people who work there are always helpful and patient and my Family and I always enjoy it.

The girls working on 10/11 were so friendly!! I needed a birthday cake for my dad and they let my mom and I try a couple different flavors and gave their honest opinion on what they liked and didn't. They helped us decide what kind of cake would be best based on the number of people there and preferred flavors. We picked an Oreo ice cream cake with chocolate, they even went so far as writing his name on it for us!! This location has pre-packed pints, chocolate covered bananas, and an assortment of cakes varying from twenty something to fifty something dollars.
Feel sorry for the girl working on 9/28. She is the only one in the store working hard with multiple customers in line and wait for service. She acknowledged customers which was a good thing. A one star is for the management of this store. Come on give them extra help please

I was in town visiting my family I was craving some ice cream and a shake due to me being pregnant I went to basking Robbins with my brother the young lady that approached us said she could not do the shake because it was late for her to wash the blender like are you serious worst customer service ever thanks late night crew for your attention you lost a loyal customer I will no longer buy ice cream or cakes for my family's birthdays not to mention it was only 9:20 pm and they close at 10:00 pm pick up you're slack and if you dont like you're job get a new one!!

I'm not a regular Yelper. Only when I am beyond satisfied or beyond dissatisfied. Ice cream 5 stars. Service 2 stars. And not a diss on the regular worker bees, but a diss on the management and owners. Iv'e been going to this Baskin Robbins on Story/ White for 30 years. Year after year, I see it's service decline. Year after year, I am more and more disappointed. We're already in a more lower income neighborhood-- and this BR "franchise" -- i used quotes on "franchise" because.. it no doubt is. If it was a corporate chain restaurant, it wouldn't be this lower class. 5-6 years ago I needed gift cards. 20 of them for $25ea. They started swiping the cards and then I realized they were all used cards. So i declined. I called Evergreen/ Aborn location-- and they were able to take care of me with "new" cards (they were xmas gifts). Bc I live off Story/ White-- every year I try them first and end up going to EG. Today I went in and purchased a quart of ice cream. And asked for 12 spoons. They charged me for the spoons. $0.10ea. They didnt even have a button on their register for spoons. Yet, they charged me for spoons. Cheap a** mf's.

Always welcomed by friendly and very helpful staff. Love their ice cream and love their ice cream cakes! Even getting a cake the day off (versus ordering one) has never disappointed.

Ordinarily I love Baskin-Robbins ice cream, and the people that work there have always been pleasant and helpful. This time around, I wanted to have shakes that I could easily carry home with me. I ordered three, one for everyone in the house, and we all had the same reaction - the shakes were very... average. The ice cream may have been fabulous, but the ($6.00 each!) shakes themselves had a great deal of ice in them! Why would you dilute a shake with ice?! That was rather disappointing, which accounts for the three stars.
