There was an extremely rude floor employee who joined the NLH 2 3 5 table right next to the ATM machine and bar on the night of December 18, 2025, and repeatedly harassed other players. It was honestly unbelievable.
For example, one player chose not to participate in a bomb pot, which is completely acceptable. However, this floor employee started calling him a “no gamble guy” and told other players not to give him action. He even told other floor staff that the player should be banned because he was a nit. To be very clear, this was not said jokingly or in a friendly manner. His expression was very serious and angry. Players at the table, including myself, felt extremely uncomfortable. I also genuinely felt sorry for the player who skipped the bomb pot. He simply chose not to play it, which is not uncommon, yet he was repeatedly mocked and labeled a nit by this employee.
Later, another player faced an all in bet worth ten times the pot on the flop on a two tone board. Less than one minute into the decision, this floor employee called the clock. The player to my left and I looked at each other in disbelief, because everyone at the table was willing to give more time due to the huge size of the bet. When the floor came over and asked how long the player had been tanking, we said less than one minute. The floor then gave one additional minute, which is normally only thirty seconds, seemingly because the clock had been called so prematurely by their own employee.
He also kept complaining about getting outdrawn by flush draws. Again, this was not said jokingly or in a friendly manner. Throughout the session, this floor employee also repeatedly complained loudly about his personal issues, which no one cared about, and it made the game very unpleasant.
Another player at the table later told me that he was very close to calling the floor to have this employee removed from the game.
If Bay 101 allows its employees to play at poker tables, they should at least train them to behave professionally and not harass customers or create an uncomfortable atmosphere.
I still give two stars (not one) just because there are also many kind dealers in Bay101 including a gentleman with short hair who wore a black football uniform that night who welcomed every new player and made the table atmosphere very friendly.

I will have to get to the point with the incident I had witnessed today while playing poker at Bay 101. I am very obnoxious with the Floor lady name, Marianne. From the start of her shift, she came in Very friendly. 10 minutes in her shift she got into with a dealer. Criticizing the dealer while the dealer is running her game. Very unprofessional. Overall, her behavior is very disgusting. She Walks up and down the poker floor yelling out loud she needs a shot and stating she wants to leave work. Management at bay 101 need to train there floor to calm down and speak with respect to customers and staff.

Very interesting experience. I was visiting from out of town and came from Vegas the day before. Bay 101 is a very different experience from a lot of poker rooms ive played in. The low stakes tables were much more aggressive than other rooms. I got the feeling that the folks there are have a lot of money and are bored silicon valley entrepreneurs. Was not really my style. Service was bare bones.

Bay 101 has improved significantly over the last a few years. Staff are friendly. Games are organized. And the place is pretty clean and kept up to date.
