Best Tteokbokki EVER. As a novice, I've eaten a lot of Tteokbokki across the bay, and even amongst it's sister branches, this place does the best tasting, spice balanced Tteokbokki I've ever had the good fortune to eat!

Been here a few times before but recently saw a new item on the menu!! It doesn't seem like the item has been registered yet, but it is called so-deok so-deok. It is a mix of sausages and rice cake drizzled with their secret sauce. The sausage was perfectly cooked and the rice cake was not too hard nor too soft. The secret sauce on top is a great addition as well. The chicken was very crispy as well. I wish there was more flavor on the honey garlic wings, but it was great overall. The staff were very welcoming and the restaurant was clean like always. Great spot for lunch or dinner.

My friends and I decided to come here on a Tuesday afternoon for the first time. The rice cakes came out rather quickly and the chicken came shortly after that. The chicken came out hot and crispy and the seasoning on top was very flavorful. The employee took our order up front and was very friendly. They recommended some popular flavors and provided us with water shortly after being seated. The restaurant was also very clean with little to no trash anywhere. The environment overall felt friendly and relaxed. Thank you for the amazing lunch!!

The visit to bb.q Chicken proved to be a flavorful journey into Korean cuisine with their Galbi Whole Chicken, Wings, and Boneless options. Tagged as a Korean classic, this dish truly lives up to its reputation, delivering a delightful blend of sweet, savory, and smoky tastes that are beautifully enhanced by the addition of green onions and a sesame seed garnish. The meat itself was cooked to perfection, offering a tender and juicy experience that leaves a memorable aftertaste. Despite the anticipation building up to the meal, the wait time did extend a bit longer than expected. However, the restaurant's management demonstrated exceptional customer service by offering complimentary fries during the wait. This thoughtful gesture not only helped ease the wait time but also added an extra layer of satisfaction to the overall dining experience. In essence, bb.q Chicken's Galbi options are a must-try for anyone seeking to explore the depths of Korean culinary excellence. Coupled with the attentive and considerate service, it's an experience that tantalizes the taste buds while making patrons feel valued and looked after. Whether you're a fan of traditional Korean flavors or simply in search of a delicious meal, bb.q Chicken stands out as a destination worth visiting!

My first time here and the customer service was amazing. Came here after HMART and the cashier recommended us his favorites, the most popular ones and was super patient with us after my friends and I decided what to order. Along with that, he even gave us a discount! However, my biggest tip is to order ahead because it takes a long time for the food to be ready. Ordering online would be a lot more convenient but if you are coming in to dine in, make sure you're ready for the wait. There's not too much seating but should be fine if you don't come in during busy hours! The whole chicken was able to feed 3 people just fine and we were filled but not stuffed so if you are super hungry, I would suggest you order more for your group. Overall, really enjoyed the service, location, and enjoyed the chicken!

I wanted something small so I got an order of cheese sticks and a bottle of plain water. That ran me almost $12. While waiting for the cheese sticks, I thought maybe I'd get some ranch to dip them in too. Ranch is listed on the menu at 50c. But it's actually about $2. I pointed out that it's 50c on the menu and .... it's $2. The whole concept that if they put 50c on the menu it probably ought to be 50c just about fried their brains. I didn't get the ranch, I just stopped talking about it and the gal working there just stood there while I walked back to sit down at my table, and I guess eventually re-booted and wandered off to ... do things.Atmosphere: There was a family in there with a kid who was coughing like TB is the hot new thing. As soon as I got my order I was outta there.Food: The cheese sticks are on a par with anything you'd buy out of the freezer case in a supermarket and put in the toaster oven. Mediocre.I'd really like to come back and give them another try but the chicken is really expensive so that's probably not going to happen.

I've been sitting inside waiting for my food for 30plus minutes. I think the food quality is great but service is way too slow. Make sure you order before coming.

I ordered online and got a text message saying my order would be ready by 7:30 (50 min). At 7:20 I got a text saying my order was "probably" ready based on the time provided when I ordered. I called and asked them if it was ready and the employee told me my order had been ready for 30 min!! I asked him if they could remake it because it would be cold by then. I came into the store a few minutes later and he informed me my remake would take 25-35 minutes. So ridiculous. I asked why I didn't receive a text when the order was ready initially and he said the system is automated so it's based on a guesstimation. Is there really no way to status the order? Ridiculous.

First of all the owner lady is generous and good. She really want to make this restaurant a better place. Here is my review.1) If you are ordering 16 wings you can only choose 1 flavor and if you want 2 you need to order 8+8. Usually other Korean wing places allows you to choose 4 flavors for 16 wings2) The flavors are ok ok 3/5. They can make it better3) The owner is Generous and because we had to wait for long time she offered us some drinks.4) Front Desk needs improvement as they are not organized properly and kept the package boxes on the ground. They can improve a lot on all these and will definitely try next time only if they improve.

I ordered the day of the Super Bowl and was able to get my chicken in three visits. It took a total of 2 hours and the chicken was not delicious. This store needs to prepare for huge orders. I was very disappointed.
