Unfortunately, pricing here is not transparent. Drinks were charged far above menu prices using unclear abbreviations, and add-ons were not disclosed at the time of ordering. When questioned, there was no clear explanation.
I wish I had read the reviews first. Based on my experience, I’d recommend avoiding this place or confirming every charge before ordering

I was concerned to come in due to the reviews, but I had a great experience! The bartender was very friendly and attentive. Good beer choices and the food was really good and good portion size.

Bad customer service. My father ordered a sandwich and it was wrong 3 times. Mine was also missing an ingredient. The waiter took forever to bring me the water and never came by to ask if things were ok. At the end, he threw our bill and credit card on the table. We got no discount and he never came back to correct my order. They can definitely improve on their customer service.

Since when is a flatbread a burger?
No prices on the menu, found out the hard way the cocktails are ~$21 each. As you can imagine, not worth it.
The woman working behind the car was very nice and attentive though

Sat down last night around 9 pm to grab a drink with my mom before our flight. The bartender refused to serve me , told me he reads people well and the airlines wouldn't let me on the plane because of how I was acting and being disshoveled. I had one glass of wine two hours prior to arriving at the airport. I was not acting strangely and I wasn't disshoveled . I was beyond confused as to why he was refusing service, judging me and telling me I was disshoveled. I don't know if this man was racist or sexist or having a bad day or what but he left left feeling like awful like something was wrong with me, I even asked a patron of the bar if I looked or was behaving disshoveled or drunk and he confirmed I wasn't delusional he said I looked and acted totally normal.
Go to Gordon biersch instead. Don't even bother with this crappy place.

I ordered a margarita, was charged $25 for a double don julio margarita.. when I asked about this (since I would have preferred a single) I was told all cocktails are a double. When I asked to speak to a manager, the waiter told me I could call a number on the receipt but no number was listed.

Dimly lit, below average service and flat beer. Bartender said "that's just how it is at airports, I have nothing to do with it". Good luck finding a server or getting your check, you will need to be a squeaky wheel to get service.

It’s not the bartenders fault that service is poor. There is only 1 bartender for like 50 people without any help and it’s been this way every time we come sadly. The bartender was kind and quicker than the last staff
They were not busy and walked by me sitting at the bar for almost 10 minutes before helping me. When I ordered, the menu had the item at 11.49 and they charged me 17.75 (both before tax). Didn't apologize, or explain, just gave a refund.
1 person behind the bar, took over 20 minutes to get a drink, got it wrong and I ordered bourbon on the rocks. Poured and charged me for a double when I didn’t ask for a double.
