The price is a smidge on the high side, but the food is so good and we keep coming back! Easily the best way to get hibachi style food in the area if you don't care about the show. But to be clear, this is the sort of stuff you'll get at Benihana, not an authentic Japanese hibachi house. But that's exactly what my wife and I want sometimes, and this very much hits the spot.

By going with the hype and being recommended by my coworker I visited here a few days ago and realized ‘BENIHIBACHI’ is not ‘BENIHIBACHI’ anymore, it’s officially renamed as ‘HIBACHI FOOD TRUCK’ if you look at the truck body. Please don’t fool yourself by going here and expecting Japanese Food when you will get Mexican-style Japanese Food after waiting 20 minutes to get your food. Therefore probably the quality of their food dropped drastically, the taste was horrible and the Chicken & Shrimp combo which I ordered was overpriced. They filled the Chicken & Shrimp combo plate with an excessive quantity of rice & veggies whereas the chicken & shrimp quantity was very small which turned me off. I’m very dissatisfied with the food. Business should improve their customer satisfaction and stop focusing just on their profit. Not coming again ?

It's a food truck..This time by home depot...on Hillsdale No carbs for me so They were super nice to switch to just meat and veggies..price for hibachi cooking is usually very high..food is hot..git home hot and veggies tasty and just enough crunch also teriyaki.Ill be back guys!Thanks ?

I went yesterday I there where close. I was back after 30 minutes and they said they will take 30 minutes to open.And then I’m come back today and again. They said there where late, one hour late. I try to call them before and the phone was off. What kind of people work in this business?

A little pricey for a food truck, I was told that if pollo is cooking the food is ?I don't think he's working there anymore though bc the rice hasn't been the same for a long time? I keep going back hoping it will be better but it's really salty lately. If you can get there on Thursday when the grill is cleaner the rice is less salty or greasy.I usually order the chicken fried rice, Make sure you ask for the Diablo sauce? paired with the rice. It's like chili paste mixed with mayo, sounds weird but it's addicting.

Ordered steak shrimp chicken trio on doordash and came with only steak. For $52 … looks like a $12-15 meal max. Way too expensive and order was missing 70% of the protein.
