Some important information to know before selecting to order from this specific Ben’s:
When you walk in there are 3 kiosks to input your order. The kiosks are only in Spanish so if you’re like me who doesn’t speak Spanish, you’ll need to make an online order at “ruff”. Additionally, the food is placed into lockers and when your order is ready, you’ll receive a notification to come pick it up.
This location had a lot of rules about not leaving children there as if it’s a daycare, no special assistance or “hookups” for those coming in frequently. It’s honestly a little low-class and shows the kind of people who frequent there.
I’d say you’re better off going to another Ben’s that’s actually a store front restaurant because Ben’s Fast Food is great quality, plant based & vegan. The food is delicious!

The portion of chicken is small, and the veggies didn’t taste fresh. It’s a virtual restaurant only available for pickup. I wouldn’t want to order it again since I expect to get more protein from a meal

First time here got the French dip and it was very ok. Second time I ordered ahead to pick up some food and waited around while two employees talked and then when they were done they acknowledged my existence. Probably standing a foot away from them.

They expect you to be omniscient. The employees don't explain anything to you. You have to come read their minds.
They didn't tell me that my drink was in my order that was sealed. I asked for help, and the employee saw him, and he totally ignored me.
I was loud. They could definitely hear me in the kitchen, but ALL unanimously decided to ignore everyone because they could. I get it. The store is designed for no human contact. Some employees are not social at all and possibly anti-social and introverts. But that's not a good excuse for ignoring people.
Forget about empathy for the customer. Everything is digital. You scan your screen, and the locker opens with your food. They don't want to help you. Forget about being kind. It's all about turning into a robot with total apathy instead of empathy.
I really do NOT want to come here again.
They get 5 stars because I can empathize with the introvert employees. They're the ones that need to empathize with us ambiverts and extroverts, though.

This is the future! I can’t find a fast, good, filling, healthy meal for less than $15-$20 anywhere in the bay anymore. These guys absolutely cracked the code. For about $10-$12 (need my Avacado?) you’ve got all those boxes ticked.
The experience was mind blowing too, you walk into a room with lockers, just like the Amazon pick up lockers, show your DoorDash pickup order to an iPad, and a locker opens!!
This is truly the future and I can’t thank you guys enough for cracking the code and making this great and healthy food also affordable and as fast if not faster than McDonald’s.

Ordered on Ben’s website for pickup. Drove 15 minutes to the distribution center (it is not a restaurant) to get my order. Got a text saying my order was in locker D3, which then opened up. I took the bag and went home—only to find it was not my order. I called Ben’s; they said to talk to DoorDash. Called DoorDash; they said to talk to Ben’s. All up I spent an hour driving and on the phone—and I still have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Total and complete incompetence on all ends. And if you see what the distribution center looks like, you’ll think twice about eating food prepared there.
