I would have given this place a 5* but I am disappointed. The bagels are good. I bought 3 bagels, 1 coke and I could not use the electronic outlet to charge my phone. I never seen that before. If they don't want the outlet to be used they should put a sign and cover it. Good luck I hope their electricity doesn't go up since I tried to use for 10 min lol.

I was at this shopping plaza at noon today and was asked by a person sit next to the liquor store for changes. I don't have one dollar bill so I said I can buy a sandwich for you if you like, he said ok. so I went to the Bernal Bagels and Donuts store to get a cheese and bacon sandwich. When I told the cashier that the sandwich is for the person sitting next door, she gave me two extra donuts which I passed to the person along with the Sandwich. I would encourage all of the local people to come here to shop and help this store because of their kindness. pay it forward!! YL

Insensitive customer service. Never coming back. I support small businesses but all they care about is making money and not the satisfaction of the customer. I wanted a plain bagel with cream cheese and they asked 1.75 just to put it on. I’m not satisfied with my order or my trip.

Stopped by with my partner on a rainy day, a couple of hours before they closed. The shop is small, but it feels cozy and by the photos of the food on the wall, I knew this place was going to be good. Our service was quick and the staff were friendly. We both got croissant sandwiches which we happily enjoyed at one of their tables. The food was hot and delicious. I will be stopping here anytime I'm in the area.

Their hours say they're open at 5:00am when you google them, but I went at 5:55 and they weren't open. I waited until 6:00 to go in, and I politely let them know their hours say that they open at 5:00 online as I thought it could have been a recent change. They reacted as if they already knew and shrugged, and didn't mention anything about correcting it. I was the only one in the shop, and I ordered a bagel just to get home and realize they messed my very simple order up. I will not be returning, I am not impressed with this frustrating experience. Regal Bagel very close by has excellent service, accurate hours and doesn't mess my order up. This place used to be good, not sure what the deal is now but even minimal effort would be an improvement.
I have been coming to the bagel shop for the last 5 years. The first 4 years I would say this place was 5 stars. Before coming to yelp I did call the owner about quality issues, and I am very disappointed that the quality of my morning bagel has significantly decreased over the last year. They often burn my bagel and don't put cream cheese on the bagel all the way around. Please see attached picture. This has been happening every single time I've been going there for the past year. The place is usually packed. Donuts are good. If you want a better experience go down by lucky to the other bagel spot. The selection is bigger and quality is better of the bagel and Thai tea.

I"ve been buying Vietnamese coffee here for 8 yrs. New owners bought the place and change the Vietnamese coffee formula to water-down coffee. Sad to stop going.

when I arrived I asked for lox omelette and said se semi bagel with cream cheese but when got it they gave me another bagel and no cream cheese so they remade it with the right bagel but when I got it I got no cream cheese. I don't know what type of games there playing here but terrible service never returning plus there salmon was not fresh with black marks on it had to throw it away thank you for nothin.
