Tables were littered with dirty plates. We were served a fruit cup with moldy fruit after having to wait 15 minutes to order. Don’t go

Very cute shop with friendly and helpful staff. The Raspberry Mousse Cake was delicious, very flavorful and the texture was perfect. The Fruit Tart was a little bland, but it could have been a bad batch of fruit.

Outside tables are so dirty, the service is slow. The shacks and cakes not bad… not sure if we back to this place…

Good variety, decent price. Dead center of San Jose downtown makes it easy to access. They had great variety for Valentine's Day.

The cake is way too sweet. None of the six people in our party could stomach more than a couple of bites.

Waited in line for a woman to finish a large order, then was told by an employee to grab a number. The people behind me were able to place their order first, even after grabbing numbers. Once they placed their order, I waited to hear my number so that I could place my order, but they stopped calling numbers at that time. After waiting for some time, I was finally able to place an order for a chicken panini and a small hot chocolate. $20 later, and I get a chicken panini with warm bread and refrigerator cold chicken (with waaay too much mayo). I get that they were overwhelmed with orders, but I basically spent my whole lunch break there for a sandwich that’s $10 at best. Maybe just stick to the pastries.Edit: Might just go back on my next break and ask for a refund.

I used like going there before they hiked the prices, took away water, and cut back on plastic ware. On top of this , they look like they don't want to serve you, even rude. I think the owner doesn't care about customers anymore, he is probably wealthy to worry about it now.
