I had the chicken fried steak and eggs, it was very good, and the portions were big. Our waiter was very nice, the only reason I didn't give 5 stars because we all requested Xtra crispy hash browns and they weren't very crispy at all. But I would definitely go there again.

I want to be upfront and say that we didn't get the chance to order any food here. My review here is only so it catches the attention of fellow parents, and hopefully Bill's management so they can figure out a better workaround. We visited the restaurant on a busy Sunday afternoon with our toddler who had just started her morning nap 5 mins before we were seated. She normally sleeps through most noises but we weren't prepared for what was about to happen. We were seated at the far end inside, which is a small space with 3 tables. And a neighboring table was celebrating a birthday. The staff started banging a drum in that enclosed space, as part of the birthday celebration.
To be clear, I'm not criticizing Bill's heritage of celebrating birthdays/special events. The wait staff could've been considerate of the neighboring tables and given us a heads up so we could take our toddler outside. We weren't the only ones to be shocked, the third table also had kids who were startled.
